“The books were damaged and this happens too often unfortunately. I would much prefer to use your service over Amazon but I can't when the books repeatedly arrived damaged.”

“My books were Lost in the Traffic. Thats why I gave you 2 stars in this specific delivery. But your workers help and response esse amazing, I was really upset and they always tried to help me in the best way possible and I am very happy with that, Must to say thank you to them.”

“De levertijd was veel langer dan wat was medegedeeld. Het boek kwam beschadigd uit de verpakking omdat het ws in de verpakking schuifkrachten heeft gehad.”

“Wordery n'envoie que par colis sans suivi. Je me suis fait volée le colis dans le poste plusieurs fois avant que cela n'arrive enfin. Malgré mes propositions de faire une envoie par colis avec suivis (en payant plus), Wordery s'est acharné à l'envoie par colis simple.”

“Tried to order 2 books one went good & delivered O.K. so GOOD MARKS for that but the other order was refused at the last hurdle twice with no explanation so no way of knowing how to remedy problem. Same order address, different delivery address, same payment method & credit card? So Why?”

“Paid for Express delivery. It didn't come on time and then they said it was in stock but had to wait for it to come into warehouse. So not good really”

“I bought a photography book as I had previously purchased one and found it to be a brilliant book full of interesting photos. So I thought I would buy another, however I was very disappointed with it; the front cover had a lovely photo but the inside was completely different! As it was from National Geographic (like the previous book) I assumed the photos inside would be worth looking at, but they really weren’t!!! The title page was very deceiving and very different to the photos inside which were, to my mind, boring.”

“I purchased a book for my nephew's birthday. Two weeks on it has still not arrived. The only saving grace is that the customer service team have responded to all my queries and should be sorting me out a full refund. I do like wordery and will use in the future as understand delivery may be affected due to current pandemic.”

“I appreciate the current climate is difficult but for something to be dispatched the say after the order, but not be delivered over 2 weeks later I really don't understand - a bit more clarity on that would be great.”
