The original purchase said I would get it at 3-7 days. On purchase it said post in 10 days, and delivered at about 2 weeks. I wanted to read my book on holidays, but was much too late and ended purchasing another copy from the bookstore. Book was well packed and as described when I got it. All fine except for length of time.

My book arrived in perfect condition but it took 7 days in total despite stating 3-4 days when I bought it. In order to compete with other online companies, this needs to be looked at as I’m not sure I’d use Wordery again for this reason.

I ordered a set of twelve books for Sixth Form , 'Book Club ' students at my son's school. When ordering I checked the delivery time, which was stated as being two to four days, which meant that the books would arrive in time for the end of term break. I was surprised and very disappointed to find that in the email confirmation I received soon afterwards, that the delivery time was given as five to ten working days and so the books arrived during the school holiday. I contacted the company but was just told over and over again that the delivery would be on time for the five to ten days! I did note that the company did change the website delivery information to the actual five to ten days it really takes.

Unfortunately books I ordered were damaged. Perhaps due to the fact the boxes they'd been placed into were too large. There was no extra padding. The books had obviously been sliding about during transit.

The book was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days but took over 2 weeks to arrive.

Hi Rocio - We're surprised to see that you thought the order would take 3-5 working days to arrive when we can see that your order estimates were actually 8-11 working days. We include estimates on our product pages as they are usually a great guideline for when to expect delivery. I'm sorry to hear you hoped your order would arrive before the delivery estimate shown on our product page.

Long time to despatch and book arrived with damaged corner but decided to repair and not to return as needed the book at that point

I ordered the poetry pharmacy along with another book but didn't realise until it didn't turn up that the delivery time was 8-10 working days making it too late for the occasion I wanted it for. Seemed rather strange when the other book turned up much sooner.

I ordered some books and requested delivery via a next day courier paying the £4.99 fee. However although I received the order over five deliveries of which one was via a courier service and the remaining over four different days via the Royal Mail the last being delivered yesterday I assume if you are paying for a courier service this is for the whole order

Hello there - thank you for your review. Some of the books you ordered were in stock with our suppliers from around the globe and were therefore not eligible for express delivery. The time it takes us to get books from our suppliers is included in the delivery estimates we show on our product pages and in checkout. I was happy with the prompt delivery. It was received in good condition. My issue is with the app. It wasn't user friendly. I ended up receiving two books where all I wanted was one. Fortunately our club purchased the 2nd book from me.

My order qualified for next day delivery, which I needed anyway as delivering a course the next day which I needed the revision guides for. I received an email following my order querying the address to send the order. I confirmed the address as no different to previous orders made. My order did not arrive the next day as expected. It was the day after which caused problems for the training delivery. I would not recommend Wordery to a friend or colleague if the order is for next day delivery, as it is clearly not guaranteed as such.

We were required, in this instance, to verify the postcode on the delivery address as our system noticed a discrepancy. The cause of this verification is to prevent delivery failure and we're sorry that this resulted in the parcel being delivered later than expected.

I didn't get what was ordered, and when I cut and pasted the Order number from their confirmation to them to ask about sending it back and refund, they said there was no order with my name, email, or the order number I sent. I just send them their order confirmation and shipping emails, that might help to see them from them to me.

Unfortunately, the book, which I had ordered as a present, took a very long time to be delivered. It was not clear until after I had made the order that the book would not be delivered for 6-12 days. Sadly, the book arrived on the 12th day, which meant that my present was extremely late. I am afraid that I won’t be using this service again.

Waited a long time, had to complain through PayPal and has the same price as a normal bookshop. Will look next time in bookshop or somewhere else online.
