“After paying for speedy delivery only one of the books arrived in time for Christmas. The other two did not even arrive in time for New Year, and then not together.”

“My order arrived a month late. It was only after I chased them up, that they contacted me to say that due to "unforeseen circumstances", my order had been delayed. Needless to say, I won't be using them again!”

“I ordered a book, which was taking a while to ship and I had found it almost £10 cheaper elsewhere. I asked to cancel and I received a reply saying they couldn’t because it was too late. However the item hadn’t even been dispatched yet, so I asked when it would ship and they gave me a date. I waited a few days for the book to eventually be sent out to me but then received an email saying I had received a refund. There was no reason as to why my order was cancelled and I am very confused as I had accepted that it would just arrive later than expected, and they told me it wasn’t possible to cancel.”

“I ordered a book from you a couple of weeks ago. When it didn’t arrive I realised from your email that it had been sent to number 1 Orchard House instead of number 2. These houses are not next to each other . Your reply to me was that I would have wait to see if th book was returned to you. I would really like a replacement book sent out, or a refund please. It was not my fault you got the address wrong. I have ordered from you several times before.”

“Inconsitance with speed of delivery. One book took 5 days, the other took over 3 weeks. Not much communication from Worsery until I emailed showing concerns of my order. Will reconsider ordering from Wordery again.”

“The book I received was as described and was of top quality. However I was very disappointed in the time it took to receive the book which was purchased as a gift. I paid £4.99 for a next day delivery on a Thursday afternoon and it was not received until the Monday. The standard delivery would have been just as quick.”

“Very disappointed with the service at Christmas as when I ordered it said it would come in time but I think only two of the five items did and it was too late to send them on to recipients. The site needs to give genuine lead times.”

“I have not received both books orderded. One has arrived on time, the second one should arrive on 15 Jan at the latest and I am still expecting it. I have placed several orders with you in the past months and had each time difficulty or receiving my order on time.”

“Very disappointed that at ordering I was not informed that the the books would be coming much later than anticipated - I missed a Christmas gift and a subsequent birthday whilst waiting for the books to arrive. Not good enough to accept the order and then to take the money but not let me know about the likely delays.”
