“Everything was great except the site claims the whmis ticket is good for three years but doesn't actually say that anywhere on the certificate, it won't be accepted for three years without an expiration date on the card”

“Your entire industry is legalized extortion. People cover their asses by demanding these useless courses instead of providing actual training .”

“Some of the course was a little difficult to understand but overall it was mostly positive. My biggest issue was cost. These courses should be free for workers!!!!!”

“Overall, the course was well presented, although there was a technical "glitch" in at least one of the exam questions making it impossible to click on the right answer. (I did the course in French)”

“Good course, but very long. It took almost 4 hours of presentation for a 20 min test. Too much information that was not needed to pass that only served to muddy the waters and make it harder to remember what was important.”

“The site has a few issues with loading supporting documents and modules. Support has been able to resolve modules not opening by resetting my progress. At least one chapter review quiz has an incorrect OHSA reference as the correct answer. I was able to get the correct result by choosing the multiple-choice option closest to the correct answer. Also, sometime at the end of a chapter quiz I get the results and other times I get a %result% error bar. This is all while using Chrome, as advised.”

“Decent course. Some slide/touch features on the screen made it difficult to complete the course on my phone without having to start it over once and I couldn't find a way to get back where I was. Unfortunately I was roughly 75% finished and had to start over, wasn't happy. Probably took almost 2 hours :/”

“I did this online course not realizing that I was unable to be a TCP with it. I had to go do a 2 day course in person. So thank you for the course. Wish I could get my money back. Have a great day.”

“The program glitches in places once or twice, is reading the wrong text on occasion, and I believe the STEL question on Formaldehyde has the wrong answer. The answers to most questions are not covered in the course and need to be looked up. Further, asking for a regulation numbers adds no value. Ian”

“Some of the videos are overtly obvious about the type of harassment. I understand that they are made to make the point clear, but it would be nice to discuss harassment issues that are challenging to see or for some hard to understand.”

“The course was fine, obtaining your certification via email is not a user friendly platform, you should be able to send more than 2 emails .”
