I felt like the first time I took your working at heights trainig, the trainer was more knowledgeable with more knowledge about the real world. This time it was okay but not as good as the time before.

The way you change between slides and the message was rather annoying because I can read faster than the talking

The course was good but your cards don’t tell anyone what class you are trained on. Just stating the machines you trained us on does not tell the hiring HR representatives what class of machines your company qualified us to drive

The course "stopped/froze" twice, and one of those times I had to restart from scratch after completing half of it. So I lost almost 2 hours or more.

The customer service is excellent. But the exam itself has some stupid questions with incorrect “correct” answers, and some duplication. (LOTO training).

Office Manager - log in to add employees was tricky. Customer Service was able to change me to Admin. Still unsure how worksite works - see Employees - add course to pay?

Worksite safety offers a majority of the courses I need to train staff, with exception of some of the industry specific courses like H2S alive (enform couse, specifically requested by a majority of our clients). The site is easy to use, and set up well. Reasonable areas of inprovement- We have some larger equipment (Telehandler, and Articulating front end loader) and the courses are not available through Worksite safety. Also, as a safety lead, there are some courses I get for free from another online provider, that are super handy to give out when lower level staff are on light duty. Some examples are: infection prevention and control, Forklift (and other equipment) pre-use nispection, Safety Knowledge evaluation, Goal setting, Situational awareness and material handling, a course for yard worksers and drivers. Crane and hoist hand signals. If your platform had these options I wouldnt go to another one.

It was a good course. Well taught. However since they didn’t make it clear upfront that to get your qualification that you had to do a practical as well. I did do the practical 5 years ago when I was certified the first time, but didn’t realize that you have to do the practical again. So, now, in addition to doing this $50 course, I’ll have to do the $100 course from my Union so I can do the practical again. Is there any other legal way around this?

Teacher was very knowledgeable but we were very behind every day and had to rush in the end. There wasn’t a lot of engagement from the class required, it got a little boring being talked at.

I'm from New-Brunswick and even thougt the training is suppose to be valide in New-Brunswick, I felt like it was only tailored for Ontario and Alberta. I would have liked that some slides would have been integrated to refer to my province legislation.
