“Windbreak poles arrived in good time and well packaged. Unfortunately the tip broke off one of the poles on its first use.”

“Although an aluminium rear warning sign is only legally required in Italy it made sense to go that way as alternative versions were made from corrugated plastic and reviews showed they didn't last long unless you purchased the costly bike cover (with the warning sign plastic pocket) to go with it. This one was very competitively priced. Haven't used it yet but assume it does 'what it says on the tin'. Quick response to order and only negative was damage (bent etc) to one of the corners in spite of fairly good packaging. However as that was down to the courier service and I'm sure it will suffer far worse in use - hey ho.”

“The customer service was excellent. However, the website was unclear on the number of items in a set. Consequently, my order for three poles meant that I got six. The amendment of the order & resultant refund by the staff was superb.”

“Customer service was fantastic. Delivery was spot on. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I ordered 2 x grey windbreaks. I was contacted to advise that they were out of stock and only had green ones, yet the grey was still on the website. I had the green because the price was cheaper than anywhere else and they assured me that they would arrive in time for my holiday. Great service, just a shame the website wasnt up to date. Would I order again? Yes, for sure. Would I recommend them? Yes.”

“Excellent speed of response goods arrived when promised. The awning appears to be a quality product but we haven't used it yet so can't comment further. The product was good value and a much more competitive price than other suppliers.”

“So far so good,ordered 2 airbeds and a double folding bed, received the airbeds waiting for bed which is on back order,would be nice to get updates on delivery dates for this item. Thanks”

“Ordered a Kampa Khazi, it was delivered promptly but not packed great. Doesn’t come in a product box but apparently that is how they are delivered from the suppliers. The product had a small ‘chip’ out of the side rim & the lid looked like it had had something sliding around on it or stored on it for a long time. I felt like it was either shop soiled or a return. I called to say I was disappointed with the product & explained why & was immediately offered an exchange, without fuss or question. Exchange arrived promptly, original taken away by delivery courier. Replacement was packed much better & in new condition (apart from a small scratch on the lid but barely noticeable). Haven’t used it yet, but product seems substantial enough for the ‘job’ & we’re looking forward to giving it a test run. Happy with price & service 👍”
