“Really excited to receive our new tent, so relieved when it arrived in a quick and hassle free delivery. Pleased with the updates and comms. Bit of a delay on the day of delivery but luckily it didn't mean rearranging other commitments. Great price for this item as other retailers were not offering anything like the same deal. Great all round service, will be no doubt a repeat customer.”

“I recieved some goods that were faulty, I contacted World of Camping with my issue, they sent a replacement out the next day. Staff at World of Camping even checked the replacement goods to make sure that there was no defects. Brilliant communication and quick dispatch of goods purchased.”

“I thought the after service was very good .however please note that whichever company was responsible for dropping off the replacement rafter left it outside the front of our house.Bearing in mind we were still away it was fortunate that a neighbour saw the part and took it into their address”

“Although an aluminium rear warning sign is only legally required in Italy it made sense to go that way as alternative versions were made from corrugated plastic and reviews showed they didn't last long unless you purchased the costly bike cover (with the warning sign plastic pocket) to go with it. This one was very competitively priced. Haven't used it yet but assume it does 'what it says on the tin'. Quick response to order and only negative was damage (bent etc) to one of the corners in spite of fairly good packaging. However as that was down to the courier service and I'm sure it will suffer far worse in use - hey ho.”

“Customer service was fantastic. Delivery was spot on. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I ordered 2 x grey windbreaks. I was contacted to advise that they were out of stock and only had green ones, yet the grey was still on the website. I had the green because the price was cheaper than anywhere else and they assured me that they would arrive in time for my holiday. Great service, just a shame the website wasnt up to date. Would I order again? Yes, for sure. Would I recommend them? Yes.”
