“Helpful lady in customer services with initial enquiry. Order was delivered by DHL who claimed to have got my signature for the goods. Completely untrue. I was at home but DHL never rang the doorbell and dumped the packages in my driveway. One of the boxes was ripped and therefore contents scratched. I notified DHL but they have so far ignored my feedback. The packaging on these chairs is inadequate anyway. Just a thin polythene bag and thin cardboard box. Items as expensive as this should have some form of padding. Bound to be damaged by careless couriers or bad handling in despatch department.”

“My camping chairs arrived promptly. Fold away neatly, comfortable, look good and well made. My only problem is that my son's legs hang over the edge due to his height. Wish there was some sort of extension you could add on for tall people, otherwise would definitely recommend.”

“Items that were available arrived well packaged and undamaged. Unfortunately delivery of an awning that was ordered was not possible due to coronavirus shortages but a refund was given. Haven't used items delivered yet for the same reason but they look ok. A pleasant company to deal with. I wish them well during and after this difficult period.”

“This double camping bed is easy to use but if you sleep on your own on it your side will not be so comfortable as when you both sleep on it as it's one canvas stretching over both sides. So the first night I slept on it I had pain in my back. Then I put some duvets beneath the cover and now I feel comfortable. Seems good quality, very heavy, sturdy construction.”

“I had a piece of one item that was defective, they immediately shipped a replacement part first class so very good customer service. The camping cooking utensils set was not great quality but then again it was very cheap. It would scratch non-stick pans.”
