We seem to have delivered this within our 3-5 working day service as per your order which was placed on Thursday 19th July. if you do feel that in some way this is not the case please contact our customer service department who can help you further.

“This must be the worst company on the planet for communication. I didn't receive any order confirmation, l didn't receive an item dispatched notice and l didn't even get a delivery notice. The items arrived today out of the blue and it was just lucky that some one was home at that precise moment; purely by chance! Not even an order form or returns note inside, talk about leave you in the dark. Couldn't even track the items on-line because l couldn't set up an account due to the computer saying 'No' it thinks l already have an account but l don't and wants me to change my password l haven't got!! How draconian is that..never again unfortunately.”
