“As I write this review I am waiting for a refund. The goods I ordered aren't in stock in spite of what the website states. I never received a confirmation email but they took the money from my account so I figured it was going through. When nothing else happened I queried what was happening with my order. I was told they had emailed me to tell me the item is on back order. I have ,like the confirmation email, never received any such message, and they are saying it could be in by the middle of next week. I am getting the feeling they are not a great company to buy from so have asked for my money back as I am unwilling to wait an unspecified time for this to arrive.”

“The site has a lot of choice at very good prices. I purchased two items one of which said it was on back order. It was unclear if the items would be shipped separately or if I would have to wait to receive the entire order together. I emailed, and received a very quick response to inform me that both items were in fact in stock. I also felt that the products could have used some more information. For example, it wasn't clear that separate adaptors would be needed to use a particular item on the mains. Having said that, delivery was quick, prices were good, and the range of products is good too. The customer service was great when I had a question but I just feel like more information/detail about services and products would be useful to make informed purchases.”
