“Ordered three items - all of which were in stock on the website. Got a phone call 2 days later to say that one item wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait an unspecified amount of time for it, and one item was discontinued.”

“I purchased some replacement tent poles following a recent expedition. First of all, the store prices were really competitive, so big tick there. I was less impressed, though, with the P&P cost - I think £5.99 for small items is too much compared to similar suppliers. When my package arrived, the poles were not the ones that I ordered, but World of Camping sent the correct ones out next day delivery, so another big tick there for customer service.”

“Very poor customer service. Goods were ordered in May and order was incorrect and finally resolved in mid-July. Very disappointed as goods were for an club event in mid June! Even a mix up on collection of returns that should have been Monday but turned up early on the Friday!!!!!”

“I ordered my vango hogan hub on Sunday, on Monday I had a msg telling me it'd be here by tues, it arrived as advised & even had a hour time slot from courier. Very happy with the speed of my delivery. We erected it this evening & very happy with our hogan hub. Won't be using it til August but all looks good so far. Would definitely use world of camping again 👍🏻”

“The delivery company used are a shambles. Missed first deliver, second delivery never came but got a text today to say it was being delivered yesterday , then in another text today was given a delivery time and yet another text at 11:30'ish to say they tried to deliver at 13:48 but no one was in!!!! It's not even 13:30 yet!!!”
