“I'm filling this in because I want to give some negative feedback but there doesn't seem to be a box for this. What "made me happy" is the delivery being on time, being able to amend my order and the camping bed. What didn't make me happy was the fact that the bungee cords arrived in broken packaging (snapped in half as it was forced into a box that was too small) which is a shame as the packaging was a nice way to store the cords. Also, the water container had several very small holes in at the corners causing water to leak out unnoticed in our tent until we woke up in the morning to a small flood!”
