Thank you for your review. We have contacted customer services and confirmed you have received the wrong product. Apparently a new set is being sent out to you. This has also been raised with our warehouse manager who is in charge of dispatching order to make sure this does not happen again. Please accept our apologies on the occassion.

“The article is too cumbersome to fit into the storage space. We are being charged £12.00 to return it. Apparently, the Free Returns blazoned on the top of the page only applies to faulty goods. Not worth using this on-line company.”

“Excellent price ,bought a outdoor revolution esprit 420 pro,arrived within 4 days free delivery option.Tracking information wouldn't work so rang world of camping number ,(thank goodness no 0345s ) , phone was answered promptly by Collette in customer services who rang me back several times to sort it .She sorted it quickly and didn't give up, awning arrived promptly that day as she said it would .Well done world of Camping for your polite and efficient customer service staff.Good old fashioned service combined with excellent prices.”

“We ordered a sun lounger, but when the parcel arrived it was a tent. On contacting World of Camping we were informed that our Quest Elite Relaxer had been sent to the person wanting the tent. On receiving the lounger back WoC called to arrange a specific day delivery which we agreed would be Tuesday 4th July, but it did not arrive. We had stayed in all day hoping it would come. Early the next day we had notification that it would arrive early afternoon which meant we had to rearrange our whole day to suit. Sadly our experience is that World of Camping seems a bit chaotic!”

“Mattresse is comfy & durable. If your wife has a weak bladder & needs to pop out several times in the night to relieve themselves, then this bed is for you as you won't be bounced up & down by Mrs fidgit pants as oppose to traditional 'blow up' beds.”

“Urgently needed some camping kit and paid a lot more for Saturday delivery. The website stated orders needed to be processed before 1pm to guarantee Saturday delivery which mine was. For what ever reason the order never arrived. I tried to contact someone at camping world but their offices are closed over the weekend- very frustrating. Not impressed with this company - Had to spend several nights on leaky air beds instead of the lovely Vango comfort 10 sims 😭.”
