“2 of the 5 Items arrived damaged which appears to be a manufacturing issue not the fault of World of Camping - World of Camping were advised, there response was top rate a swift apology and replacements sent same day - I would recommend this company as their customer service was top class”

“Tent arrived on time. When opened it was covered in grass and dirt, it also had a hole in the built in groundsheet. The box it arrived in was falling apart. On contact at 1st very helpful arranged collection and swap. Unfortunately swap was not an option as would have arrived to late for holiday organised a refund. 1 week later after collecting still no refund and now not replying to emails. Very disappointing.”

“originally ordered and paid for a sleeping bag which was on sale, the next day I received a cancellation email I replied to say I hadn't cancelled the order and was told someone ordered the last one before me (even though the money had been taken out of my account) having said that they credited me very quickly and I purchased a different sleeping bag which came promptly and although not used yet looks and feels very comfy.”

“I ordered an Outwell windbreak. It was very reasonably priced and was dispatched very quickly, with good communication about delivery. I've not used it yet, so can't comment on the effectiveness of the windbreak, but it was well packaged.”

“I Love Work of Camping! Usually I go in store and all the staff are so helpful and friendly however due to Covid-19 it is online purchases only. Delivery was super fast and I was kep informed throughout. The items I ordered were very reasonable in price and 2 items I bought were only £5.98 whereas Amanzon wanted £29.98 for them.... bargain! I would always recommend Workd of Camping which is my “go to” place.”
