“I ordered from them after a purchase from another company was cancelled and I was looking for a quick delivery. The item arrived 2 days later, I emailed them about dropping package in conservatory if I'm out and they responded pdq. I was in when it arrived and amazed it was so quick! Put it up by myself on trip, knew it would be difficult as on my own, but once I got the gist of it, it went up pretty easy and looked just like the image on their website and description. It's been a lovely addition to my campervan and I am very pleased with the true description, prompt delivery and excellent communications! I emailed to say thank you and got a positive response too.”

“One of the items I ordered was out of stock but they didn’t inform me until other item arrived which was a pain. They promptly gave me a refund which was good I would use them again though as COVID-19 is playing havoc with everyone and is delaying a lot of deliveries”

“Ordered my Outwell Cloud 5 at 23:00 on Wrdnesday, it was with DHL at 10:00 on Thursday and delivered to me at 10:25 on Friday! You can’t get better service than that, plus the tent (which I am delighted with) was around £100 cheaper than the RRP. Great purchase, great service, great price and I’ll definitely use WoC again in the future.”

“Excellent customer service. Needed a portable loo for a camper based road trip around Scotland. World of Camping had one in stock and allowed me to collect it the same day.
