“Tent arrived on time. When opened it was covered in grass and dirt, it also had a hole in the built in groundsheet. The box it arrived in was falling apart. On contact at 1st very helpful arranged collection and swap. Unfortunately swap was not an option as would have arrived to late for holiday organised a refund. 1 week later after collecting still no refund and now not replying to emails. Very disappointing.”

“originally ordered and paid for a sleeping bag which was on sale, the next day I received a cancellation email I replied to say I hadn't cancelled the order and was told someone ordered the last one before me (even though the money had been taken out of my account) having said that they credited me very quickly and I purchased a different sleeping bag which came promptly and although not used yet looks and feels very comfy.”
