“Slightly frustrating that the item we ordered wasn’t available in the colour we wanted, it shouldn’t be available on the website, however we were offered an alternative that we decided to accept. Service and commas were good. Delivery efficient. Recommended.”

“We are very pleased with the gas fire and it is exactly as described. James Coplin answered my emails promptly and was very helpful. However, there were problems with tracking my order and although James did try to help with this, trying to track my order was difficult and frustrating and I was not impressed at all with DHL. The information on screen indicated that my order would be delivered on 4th February - but it didn't arrive and we stayed in all day for nothing. When my order was eventually delivered on the 8th February - there was no warning, no phone call or email - it was pure luck that we were home that day! Living in France we understand that deliveries from UK take longer, but it is essential that we can accurately track the order. Kind regards, Valerie Meneaud.”

“Goods arrived well packed and in good condition. However was disappointed that the rooflight was missing the small roller blind.l thought it should have been included as it is designed to have one and no mention was made of it's omissions at purchase time . The rooflight is obviously incomplete without it. Thank you. .”

“Very good service. I ordered online but then rang to enquire about Christmas delivery. The heater was delivered the next day! I left my mobile number with Customer Services so they could text me about delivery but I didn't actually get a text. Also there was some very slight damage to the bottom of the heater which meant it wobbled on three wheels with the fourth off the ground. However, we managed to put that right. Overall, excellent, speedy service, just two small glitches.”

“I was a little sceptical about the product etc, but once ordered this was delivered in a world record speed. great condition. product is also quite canny fits its purpose really well. cant fault w.o.c brill service. thanks”

“Manhattan Gas Heater arrived promptly and is as stated on the website - seems to be working well! It would be helpful to have dimensions of actual "coals" area on website as this is quite small in relation to the 15 kg gas canister used. Helpful staff when I had a web chat.”

“Ordered two children's sleeping bags, arrived promptly, well packaged. Sleeping bags are Christmas gifts so no comment on their quality or use as yet.”

“Quick delivery and easy transaction. Shipping is a bit pricey if you're only ordering something small and low value (shipping cost more that my actual items) but this information was easily available before ordering, and as the items were on sale and not available elsewhere I didn't mind too much. I would use World of Camping again but only for larger orders where the shipping cost isn't as much of an issue.”

“The item ordered and speed of delivery was good and am happy with the item I purchased however the delivery and condition of packaging was very poor considering the item had fragile printed on the box.”
