“Good service had to wait fair amount of time for the product as was an issue with the supplier but they offered me a refund but I was happy to wait, kept up to date with delivery great price and was more than happy when product arrived”

“Item supplied very quickly and at a good price, the only negative was the postage and packing cost of £5.99 for a very small light bag. £2.99 would have been ample.”

“They sent the wrong caravan cover to my friend. However just one telephone call and they had it sorted. Ideally the carrier that delivered the correct caravan cover also collected the wrong cover. Good and prompt service despite the initial mistake. I would certainly shop with them again.”

“Ordering was very quick and simple Tent arrived on time unfortunately the tent was damaged (broken zip) contacted customer service got through very quick and spoke to a nice polite person who sorted out the collection and return of tent and also refund . would not hesitate to use them again unfortunately the tent I wanted was out of stock”

“Purchased an Outwell Constellation lux double sleeping bag, not tried yet but appears to be very good quality, popped into the showroom to pick it up, very friendly and helpful staff. World of Camping will be my first port of call for any gear I need in the future, Thanks see you soon.”

“Website was a bit of an issue to start with so couldn't track order through account and didn't know order was coming until day before. However, the item did arrive within specified time limits (ordered Monday arrived Friday) in time for camping and the price was the best I could find for the product ordered”
