Order #100015153 I have placed an order on 24 May 2016. It has still not arrived. I have tried to contact your courier Hermes but couldn't give me any information about my parcel. I have tried to call you (yesterday 31st May and today 1st June) but apparently you are not available to answer any call at the moment!!?? Where is my parcel???? Tracking no. 8865598504706887

Hey Franco, I'm so sorry to hear about the delay in your order. I checked that tracking number and looks like Hermes had difficulty delivering your items to you, as they attempted to do it 3 time. I'm glad that you finally got it the third time. We have fixed our phone system and it's now up and working. Let me know if you have further concerns. Cheers, Glenda

Item was faulty was told to post back received loads of emails waffling on about how he's on holiday and email's have been sent to there huge warehouse, had to raise a Paypal refund dispute and still waiting, wouldn't buy from this company if life depended on it! Wendy happy slayer in training!

Hey Wendy, I'm sorry you haven't had the experience we would want you to have shopping with us, I've had a look into your tickets and it looks as though there was a bit of a delay with the warehouse checking returns back in over the festive period due to it being even busier than expected. Was told 2-4 days delivery when I ordered on 6th December but I still haven't received and it's now 18th so very poor service.

I ordered and paid... nothing came.. I rang and no one answered the phone.... I emailed... I got a reply that they had messed up. Could I ring before 10 am and they could post it. I explained why it was urgent... I rang at 9 and found they didn't "open" until 10 am. I rang at 10 - 11- 12 - 1pm 2pm emailed a couple of times in between and got no replies and no response.... Finally at 6.30 I got a standard email saying it had gone out via Hermes - I could at last track it (no mention of the three messages and four emails in the day) but all it tells me was that I ordered it at 9.30pm on the 7th! So its missed the deadline I had, It MAY have left - it MAY turn up tomorrow - according to my "account" it has been processed.... Just hope the product is better than the service.... and PLEASE staff your customer service phone!!!!!

Our orders are automated from website to warehouse and 99% are delivered direct to customer’s door in less time than expected. I can't apologise enough for your order not arriving on time but even more-so for the mismanagement of your issue by our customer support team. Hey Oscar, we're so sorry to hear that your purchase hasn't turned up! We have tried to call a few times this week but we must keep missing you. We have sent your tracking code via email which shows that it looks as though the item has been delivered, but please get back in touch with us so we can contact the courier and find out what happened, making sure your lost parcel finds its way safely back into your hands :).

I was very dissapointed with your service. I told you I wanted the goods for Christmas or cancel them, But you did not deliver till after Christmas which was very dissapointing for me. I expected better. I will not be shopping with you again. Nora Kilcoyne.
