“I have been a WPMU DEV customer for the last five years, and each year I grow increasingly fanatical about them. They seem to anticipate every need I have, and they launch sophisticated products and services to meet them every time. The best part BY FAR is the tech support. They have helped me out of so many jams that I have lost track. I'm delighted to pay for this service.”

“WPMU DEV has been my go-to ever since I started on Wordpress. They leave no stone unturned in their quest to help. Case in point, I just got off a chat with Nahid, who spent the better part of two hours solving problems that no one else has been able to touch. A true rock star of support. But then, nearly everyone at WPMU DEV falls into that category. I wondered if the monthly subscription price was worth it, but halfway through my free trial I was already convinced to join. It is the best money I pave spent - like having my own WP department in my own home.”

“We had an issue that took down one of our pages and I contacted WPMU support. I had someone on the line in about 3 minutes. Jayman logged into the site and troubleshot the issue with me. He pinpointed the problem and solved it in about 5 minutes, maybe a little longer because he double checked everything before hanging up with me. Keep up the great work and thank you!”
