“I have had great chat support from Jayman Pandya several times now. I can find answers quickly and is willing to dig into my problem to really understand it. In 3 years of being a WPMUDEV member, I have used Support many times and always get the problem resolved. Everyone I chat with is knowledgeable and appears to be committed to resolving my questions without needing to refer the question to someone else. WPMUDEV is the go-to for support on almost anything Wordpress!”

“Sohag Ronjon Dey, as our support agent, proved as the game changer. This guy fixed many of our issues related to security and performance issues for one of our most complex sites by going above and beyond. We have been with WPMUDEV for the last couple of years and hardly used their live support system. but this time we were desperate to fix them. This guy is just a magic wand. He did everything it takes to achieve what we wanted. Even he went all the way to the hosting system to fix. Amazing, Thanks really grateful to him and his company he works for. He is a true asset for WPMUDEV. Much appreciated.”

“Today is my first day working with WPMU DEV and I can honestly say I have been pleasantly surprised on the high standard of customer service. Katya Tsihotska my support agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! As an east coaster living on the west coast...I do all my work in the middle of the night...having a live support team is priceless. I began programming my own sites back in the late 80's early 90's...before heading off to corporate america and hiring staffs to do this type of work. I highly recommend WPMU DEV...especially for corporate clients! Your staff needs this type of depth as part of your DEV team.”

“Kris, the support agent I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and above all, effective. My site was down and he was able to get it back up easily and taught me a few things along the way. I LOVE WPMUDEV. Every interaction I have had with them has been most excellent and this is from a person who has worked in IT Support for over 22 years and in management for over 18 years. I would strongly suggest using WPMU DEV for all your website monitoring and administrative needs!”

“Patrick Cohen is an awesome tech! I can't imagine anyone else would have had the expertise, not to mention tenacity to fix all these problems. I am ecstatic! My site was a complete mess. Virtually unusable. Patrick went "above and beyond" to get it fixed. On a scale of 1 to 5, he's 100! I don't know what we would have done without WPMUDEV Tech Support and the wonderful Patrick!”

“In software, apps aren't typically 100% perfect, and that's when support can be helpful. In my experience, Patrick's support has exceeded my expectations again! Quick, concise, seemingly accurate, so knowledgeable, and resolves my concerns. Seems I might come across as selfish to ask for anything more! :)”
