“Rupok; was extremely helpful, informative and had my problem fixed in no time. I also appreciated that fact that he had a good sense of humor and able to throw in a few LOL's along the way. He is probably the 3rd or 4th support agent I have dealt with at WPMU DEV and they have all been excellent and very speedy at finding an issue and fixing it. They all deserve a beer and I think it's the bosses shout. LOL Thanks Guys”

“I subscribe to WPMU DEV not because I have a lot of clients to support and not even because I'm a heavy user of Wordpress multi-sites. I subscribe because every single time I have asked for help, they have given it to me and found a solution for my issue. They work with everything - even plugs-ins that they don't develop - they help you out with any Wordpress issue and NEVER tell you that the issue belongs with another support team. They take ownership and work with you until resolution has occurred. I work in Customer Support and am very hard when reviewing support offerings. That being said, I rank WPMU Dev in the top 5 companies of all time with regards to their support/Customer Service offerings. (Neiman-Marcus and Apple are on that list too). Thanks and keep up the great work!!”
