Make sure you order everything you need to finish your kitchen at the beginning. I needed a couple of upstands to finish my worktop off, and was charged £59.00 for delivery. I couldn't get any matching ones from anywhere else, or I would have bought them there. I couldn't collect them from the shop either, as they come directly from warehouse. All in all, not good after paying nearly £10,000 for the kitchen.

Very disappointed with my wren kitchen and worktops. Purchased a Milano kitchen with copper profiles and quartz worktop from the Erdington branch. The designer didn’t give correct information about the worktops getting scratched so quickly and white streaks showing literally as soon as we put something on. I haven’t had experience with quartz before so wasn’t aware of this issue. The stainless steel under mount sink is also scraped after a few uses and is beginning to get rusty from near the plug hole. My previous sink I had for 12 years and didn’t have any marks till now. So don’t know what type of stainless steel they are using. Overall not happy with the service as I believe they pressurise you into buying.

Awful aftercare. The fitter recommended by them didn’t do a great job. Initially some snagging issues corrected quickly however the redial fitter refused to do some of our requests even though Wren had agreed and sent us the parts!!! Also recently attempted to have my boiler serviced and the plumber could not remove the casing because of the unit fitted by Wren. I didn’t think this would be a problem as they planned and measured our kitchen and you would think they had the knowledge for these problems not to occur. Their solution? To remove the unit and leave the wall around the boiler unfinished. They will refund the cost of the unit but not make good the wall. Also have been waiting 10 months for further remedial work to be completed. When you ask for your issues to be dealt with as a complaint they refuse to pass it on to a manager! Absolute joke. Worst company o have ever dealt with

After the in store experience it all went downhill from there. Seemingly the measurement they do of your property before finalising the design means nothing, and if anything doesn't fir, it isn't their fault. Delivering wet pieces of wood is acceptable, which is surprising to me. Double check all packaging - don't simply rely on the tags on the outside - even though is is marked as QC, it clearly isn't. Make sure everything is the same colour. Wren will take zero responsibility for mistakes, which is pathetic.

We bought a Wren kitchen earlier this year. It was a L shaped design. We wanted to keep our original granite worktop, but Wren said if this was the case we would have to employ our own fitter, which we did. Wren sent a man along to measure up. We made him aware that we were keeping our original work tops so all his measurments have to be relative to this. The units were delivered on time. When our fitter started to install then it soon became apparent that the Wren measurements were incorrect. Resulting in the corner unit too long and wide. When we asked Wren for someone to come and investigate, they refused. There excuse being that as we had used our own fitter they would not be responsible for an incorrect measurement by Wren. My advice for anyone buying a Wren kitchen DO NOT USE YOUR OWN FITTER. Regards Len. Wallbank

Buyer beware. Two very experienced kitchen fitters found this almost impossible to fit. Although the cabinets are ready built, they need to be partially dismantled before they can be fitted! There are no spares sent, so any small error is a potential disaster. No instructions were sent (we later found out they were on line, unfortunately too late though). The aftercare is poor. We were told when we ordered the worktop that the shape could be changed on site by the fitters. When the guy came out to take the template and we said that to him, he told us that this was not the case at all and we would need to pay extra (all we wanted was to put a radius on 2 corners). The showroom would not admit that a miscommunication could have occurred and refused to pay for any changes (18k kitchen and all we were looking for was a gesture of goodwill of about £140) so we are going to have to stump up. They also said that anyone could say that they weren’t told something, so a customer could order a cheap worktop, then change their mind and want an expensive one and the shop wouldn’t be responsible for paying the difference. I did explain that this was not the same situation at all, however they didn’t see it that way. The customer services said that basically the showroom would have to authorise any payment so without their agreement, no alterations to the order could be made without us paying extra. We won’t be using them again for any of our properties.

I am sorry to downgrad the score but this is the score I have sent to Which, I see nothing wrong with the showroom and sales side, the fitting of the worktop took to long, every thing with them was two weeks and then another two weeks and another two weeks, this was no delay as I was told by them they do everything by two week period. Next a part was missing, the kitchen sink has two bowls therefore two sink drainages are required, I received only one, I reported this by phone twice, and by email twice and received little response except this part may take two months to arrive, do you really think that someome should wait two months for such a standard part, and I still have not received it so I have been to B & Q and purchased one. My only advice to you is to ditch these parts of your company that are holding you back, I am afraid I cannot refer Wren to anyone I know and would prefer if you did not contact me again.

The kitchen we got was a good standard, and we got a good price. Delivery was fantastic, but on a customer service side I felt completely unsatisfied. Our designer helped us to plan the kitchen, but when we wanted to make little tweaks we were made to feel like we were being awkward. We'd priced kitchens with a competitor and tried to get the same plan but what we ended up with was a huge empty space where the other provider had a cupboard but wren said it wasn't possible. During our kitchen being fitted we soon realised that we did not have enough trim for around the wall cabinets, approx 500mm. We also had a panel left over and a plug that doesn't fit our sink. I have tried several times to contact our designer with no response. There has been zero aftercare, not even a phone call to check if everything was ok. It just feels like once they have your money they couldn't care less. I would never reccommend Wren to anyone, for so much money is expect atleast a little customer care.

Spent 12.5k buying a new kitchen from Wren. The quality of cupboards and other parts was very good. The customer service, though was poor and inefficient. Mistakes were not fixed and/or claimed to have been made by the sub-contractor. For example, there was a mistake about the granite worktop size. The response by Wren was "As the worktop is not produced by us, we can not advise on specific fitting requirements." Other mistakes were handled poorly. The very good design and quality is not matched by the unacceptable after sales care. We wouldn't recommend going with Wren.
