“Excellent service from Ben at Exeter showroom from design to installation. With advice on choice and appropriate fit. Installation by Mark & Shaun (Russell & Shaw Kitchen Installations) carried out without hitch only 1 broken item which was replaced within the same installation week. Overall extremely pleased with Wren & Fitters”

“I had a great experience with Wren. The planner was lovely, really helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, follow up emails with requests for alterations during the planning were answered promptly and with courtesy. All items were delivered in the correct quantity and with no damage. The kitchen fitters Wren provided were amazing, so professional and skilled. I am thrilled with my kitchen and would recommend Wren with no hesitation.”

“The quality and choice of kitchens are second to none. There is something to suit everyone's budget. Customer service and planning are excellent and advisors are knowledgable but never pushy. I love my new kitchen. Delivery was on time and everything was perfect”

“Wren provided well constructed kitchen units and worktops, great design service with good plans and visions. A good delivery service kept us updated with progress. A couple of minor issues which were sorted through the App promptly.”

“Amazing showrooms- totally inspiring! We worked with a good team at Shrewsbury who listened and advised to help us to create our dream kitchen! We managed to add in all the features we wanted to help give it the wow factor and still be a practical and functioning kitchen!”

“When the fitter first visited he gave an estimate of 5 days. When he arrived to do the job he had arranged to go on holiday on the Friday, so 5 days became 4 which made life awkward for my electrician. On Wednesday (a month after we had made full payment), with no kitchen at all, Wren tell me that the oven we chose is out of stock and they have no idea when it will be available. The same unit was available from AO and Currys for next day delivery, but Wren would not use that option. I have had to buy from Currys at a cost of £324 including delivery. Wren have refunded just £263.24p. Their own staff joke about how long it takes to get through to customer services. Please, think seriously before dealing with Wren kitchens.”
