“1st appointment didnt go well they wanted £400 depositnin order to continue , but we went to another store and spent 2hrs designing our kitchen with a young designer amd we were glad we went to.another store . Few alterations here n there and 5 weeks later kitchen delivered . No damage , no stress all the order was there , and its been fitted today . More than happy with wren would 100% use again amd recomend them to anyone”

“Absolutely great experience! From first appointment at my home to the delivery of my kitchen was only a matter for 3 weeks! I was pleasantly surprised as I was told the manufacturing andd deliveries of the kitchen normally take 12 weeks. Everything arrived in perfect condition, nothing was missing or damaged”

“Everything was great from start to finish. Eve was very helpful designing the kitchen delivery was fast and on time. Two very helpful drivers carried it round to the back garden. Nothing was damaged or missing. Very pleased with my new kitchen which I got 0% interest over 3yrs.”

“From the start to finish of our project Wren have been amazing. Communication has been fantastic and always someone to talk too. Delivery guys were fabulous and so helpful. The customer service team have been immense. So attentive, polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone. A massive thank you my kitchen is amazing.”

“The service we received from Wren was fantastic. The process was so simple and stress-free. I didn’t have to chase or follow up on anything as Wren we’re always one step ahead. The kitchen itself is absolutely beautiful and the design matched exactly what we wanted. “We just love our Wren kitchen. Even though we started the process on line, due to the pandemic, it was made comfortable and easy to do. Thank you Imtiyas in the Bradford showroom. Everything went according to plan. Delivery guys were right on time and great to deal with. Kitchen fitters were professional, polite and very experienced. They did a fantastic job. We have had a chap come just this morning to measure up for glass splash backs and he commented on how good the fitters were, very accurate with their installation he said. The fitters finished in record time which was unexpected and fantastic news. Would highly recommend. Photos are of our installed kitchen by Wren but awaiting splash backs (a different company).”

“How can I start a review of a company who takes time to make sure its customers feel special and cater for there every needs. Its been several months since our kitchen was fitted and oh boy everything works great. The wife's cooking has improved 110% since the new hobb and oven were fitted - I like the soft closing doors and draws - which is great and stops the banging sound when you open and shut something. Then there's the space in the units its immense and we have got shelves and holders left over cos we cannot reach up that far. Also as I said in my last review it makes the Kitchen bigger and in our case alot tidier. Oh you are asking how about problems after fitment - No problems the fitter left us his number and to be honest only used him once I think it was a plumbing issue which has been sorted now ( something about a pipe nothing serious) We have had one admired already - the wife's sister came over and likes the new kitchen . Another thing I am grateful for is that each utility comes to review what needs doing - electric water so that when they leave you have a fully functioning SAFE kitchen. Oh one last thing before this review turns into War and Peace - the quality of the units and extra's like cookers, hobbs, dishwashers is very high spec and quality and made to last. If you are thinking about a new Kitchen please ring WREN and ask for some help even through these hard times”
