The info page and the owners manual said the monkey blew kisses, had a microphone and sensors. It had nothing and did nothing but laugh. I guess the laugh is on me.

I ordered two items. One didn't even switch on and the other was a fake. I followed their dispute resolutions which regularly 'lost' the information I had uploaded and then they stated insufficient evidence. Avoid as you will not get your money back!!

It's been 3 weeks since I am trying to pay for my order. I placed 3 orders I wanted to be delivered aprox. in same time. I paid for two orders, but for some reason I could not use credit card to pay for my third order. They overcharged me for one order, but I can survive that, it wasn't much. But I could not pay for my third order, I have talked to 8 different people. One person told me to go to one link and do appeal. So, I did but it was wrong appeal. So, I talked again to another person, it was different appeal. So, I prepared and loaded documents but for some reason website said error a few times. So, I contacted again and been told to send email. I sent email and waited, but nothing. Then contacted again, another person said it was wrong email, someone gave me wrong email. So, I sent different email (copy and paste address) and nothing. I contacted again, another person said it was correct email, but I have to wait longer. Okay, I contacted again today, another person said it was wrong email again (one letter should be capital). I could not believe it! This is WORST experience online shopping. Who is working there? They can't even provide correct email address, so I can use my credit card! HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL.

new customer to aliexpress , so they gave me coupons, i used 1 coupon and the cancelled my order. now i have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. and when i contacted them for help, and at least a reason. wont tell me. cancelled my £101 order because they didn't want to give a £6 coupon discount.. there useless .
