“I should have read these reviews before placing my order. I ordered an item over a month ago for a party. The item was in transit for 30 days. When I opened the dispute, the seller magically found tracking information but after extending the expected arrival date by a week. The item finally arrived 42 days after I ordered it and after the party. Now they are refusing to refund my money because the item did finally arrive. Never again.”

“First time ever ordering from them and it looks as though it will be the last. Ordered quite a few things, 2 of them being Ipad covers. Got the covers, they don’t fit. Tried to do a dispute(numerous times), the system kept locking me from submitting. Tried a chat and got system blocks in sending them copies of my dispute and pictures. Don’t waste your money, if there are any issues it’s not worth the hastle in trying to get issues resolved. You know that old saying? ‘If it sounds to good to be true it is’!!!!!!! Plus, if you want a full refund you’d have to send the product back, the cost to send back to China would likely be more than what you paid for the product.”

“There is no warranty at all on anything they sell. No attempt at customer service and no control over vendors. This is looking more and more like a total rip-off. Buyer beware”

“I bought a product from Aliexpress, and received an email saying it shipped THREE weeks ago, but have yet to receive my purchase. I forgot my password to track the tracking number, but the site will not let me set a new password to my account. I hit "reset password" multiple times and have never received and email allowing me to do so. I tried emailing this company and got a generic response saying they will get back to me. I still have not heard from them. I am sure this is a scam!! Do not buy from Aliexpress!”

“Out of 8 orders 3 (so far) went bad: in 2 cases the seller did not have the items & offered unsatisfactory alternatives (only 1 refunded the money) & 1 seller demanded extra $5 after accepting the order - also no refund so far. Filing a complaint with the customer service is useless - they simply reject it without any explanation. This is my first & last attempt to shop on AliExpress.”

“don't ever use this site. It impossible to get your money back after you never received your item. Aliexpress will respond to the first few messages and then stop responding. Their gave very misleading instructions. I think there should be a big lawsuit for this company. Very irresponsible to customers. I purchased over $800 item and according their tracking number the item was delivered to the incorrect state. I was trying very hard to get my money back, and they asked me to provide prove that the item was not send to my address. I asked them to follow the tracking number. I also asked them to prove that the item was shipped to the address I provided! What a comy.”

“I am still waiting on an order I place in October. I contacted the seller and they said say the post office lost it. They said they was going to refund me, and I am still waiting. I have to open another dispute for an order I place in November, they said the post office lost that order too, Really!!!.”

“I will probably be in the grave by the time my shipment finally arrives. I could have rowed a small boat across the Pacific by now. Whatever Aliexpress has...you don't really need. You will be too old to use it by the time it arrives.”

“Unfortunately they are not truthful about the shipping time when you place an order. I ordered something in November for Christmas. Delivery time was estimated to be about 7 days. Now I find out it could be mid-January. I am opening a dispute and also filing a dispute with through my American Express card. If I cannot get it by Christmas, I told them I don’t want it.”

“I placed an order around mid November. Paid for the item and everything and for some reason they let me know now that my order was canceled because they didn’t receive the money before December 5th. Makes 0 sense will never shop from this website again. Strongly advise staying away.”

“it is very complicated, I cannot rate my seller ZHKJ STORE my feedback how bad they are and I when I contact Aliexpress they did not help me to get my item after a month the seller was lying and he did not sent me the item after a month he was offering me to close my dispute I will send it again.”

“I placed an order for 6 dresser drawer pulls. The seller only sen 3. Filed an online dispute. Took another 4 weeks for the vendor to send the remainder of my order. He had my money for 8 weeks before the order was completed, this seller has given a black eye to ALIEXPRESS . I will never place another order with them ever. Every one needs to beware before you place an order. Buyer beware.”

“How dare you send me a email in response to this review just to ask am I a vaid customer when I been a customer over 10 years. But yet you send me emails to tell me all about your black Friday deals. You know who I am and you robbed me of my money and still hasn't send the right items or refunded me back.
