“gift voucher now expired was used just before christmas and still had money left on not one member of staff told me to use it up as expiring soon thieving low life company will never use again second time been conned by them your lose amg”

“Gift card Voucher expired and no date of expiring shown on card. Called customers services and not interested or helpful at all. Tuff luck were her words. Will never buy anything from again. Will also take this matter up with the small claims court as this is cash that should not have an expiry date on it stay so ever. If I could give less than one star trust me I would.”

“I work overseas and had a voucher for 100 GBP which ran out 2 weeks ago as I totally forgot about due to working away, was reminded yesterday So I Contacted American Golf Immediately - Answer - tough luck! What the hell!! Absolute daylight robbery which in this day and age should be illegal and outlawed, I’m looking into this further 🤬🤬 Worst company ever!!”

“Paid for a birthday gift and paid £9.99 for Saturday delivery so that he would be home to collect it and have it for his birthday today (Sunday). He stayed in and parcel was not delivered. The phone number listed for customer service on American Golf’s website does not exist and their chat line is closed until Monday, none of which is helpful. Now I’ll have the huge inconvenience of trying to chase it up tomorrow in between many other commitments and I’ve no idea when my son will finally get his gift as he works long hours during the week. Huge disappointment!”

“Don’t touch them their customer service is non existent. Had faulty golf shoes and because I had them for more than 30 days they refused to refund me the money paid. Will never use them again”

“GIFT CARD CON received a gift card in December 2018 which was purchased by friends in September 2018. The card stated it was valid for 12 months. BE CAREFUL it is only valid from date of purchase not from date of first use. Therefore it expired September 2019 and I therefore only actually had 9 months to use it. Very poor customer service response.”

“Voucher bought for me by relatives expired after 12 months - but the wording on the back of the voucher did not make this at all clear. Multiple contacts with American golf customer services got me nowhere with no acknowledgement of my complaints.”

“Do not buy American Golf vouchers NOT Happy with American Golf, £250 worth of vouchers expired by 4 days and they wont honour them, this is a big con and money spinner for American Golf, daylight robbery ! From a loyal customer, not buying American Golf again !”

“My son was given a gift card for his birthday. The card has no issue date, but in the small print it says it has to be used within a year. He went to use it a while later, but the card had been purchased before his birthday and it was deemed out of date so he was unable to redeem his birthday present. One very sad 11 year old. Customer service were absolutely appalling - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Have had problems getting a refund for a faulty golf gps. Have telephoned head office and have been given incorrect information on every phone call made. Be aware there after sales service is terrible . It's over 2weeks and I am still waiting for a refund”

“Bought a £120 golf GPS watch which strap broke after only infrequent use over 1 year. Told nothing can be done. Spent over £2k with them in the last 2 years, not a penny more!”
