Do not buy from here, I paid £199.98 and have received no items and it's been over 2 weeks. Phoned 5 times every time told I will receive an email about my order and never do! I've come to online reviews and found hundreds of people in the same boat. They are scamming and making it as difficult as they can to refund anyone on purpose, I for one will be reporting to trading standards

Placed an order for some custom fit irons on the 15/03 I’ve been asking for an update as it’s been 6 weeks and had nothing back at all so I’ve rang 5 times and continuously get fobbed off with the same script. Absolutely shocking from a company this size. A friend ordered through affordable golf and his custom fit irons was at his door 6 days later! I still don’t have an update and I’m not able to cancel the order! I definitely wouldn’t use American golf again and if you’re reading this save your self the stress and shop else where!

Ordered item 10/12/25, never dispatched to courier. Company have my £79, I have nothing. No reply to emails, phone number tells you to email and no reply. Absolute horrific supposed service. American golf have had my money for over a month and I have nothing. And in relation to your questions below, no delivery, only able to communicate via email as not live chat available and no answer to phone number, the company never replied to my enquiries, and will not rate the customer service as it doesn’t exist …

If I could give zero I would. I'm in the same boat as natasha, bought golf shoes for my partner £89.99 was supposed to be a Christmas present. Got an email 2 days after purchase to say they hadn't got them in stock and have issued a refund. 3 weeks later still nothing, have tried numerous occasions to contact them and have had zero reply. Fuming is an understatement 😤

Scammers, took my money for an item that wasn't even in stock claimed they had refunded me the same day. Waited five working days as advised to have to chase and still waiting for refund 2 weeks later to be told today it got stuck in there system and will have to wait a further 5 working days to receive my refund. This was a Christmas present that I have not been able to reorder as no spare funds and no refund received. The most annoying thing is they're still advertising the item for sale that they don't have in stock apparently. Robbed my money stay well away.

Ordered a Garmen S62 watch American Golf took the money immediately from my account. Seven days later no watch. I called them to be told there was no order under my name. I checked with my bank and got the authorisation code. Now they saying the money was refunded back to my account and will be there in 3 to 5 days. Was informed some problems with the website. Shocking service will avoid them in future.

Same story as many others here. Ordered and paid for items only to find out they don't actually have the items. This is the third time they have done it to me. There has to be some accounting trick they are pulling with this system. Name another online retailer ths isn't able to make stock levels available to the website. Clown show. Or they get you on the site with the lure of deals they know they won't need to fulfill, hoping you just decide to pay for the items they do have in your basket. Easy to offer remarkable deals when you don't have go through with them isn't it. Trading standards should have a word.

AVOID unless dealing in store Thought I’d be safe dealing with a well known company. Awful process from start to finish. Missed delivery timescale (4 days in a row) awful customer service (lies, failed callbacks and no one interested in owning an issue) honestly never had an experience like it and lots of other companies out there that offer much better value and actually provide service if anything was to go wrong. AVOID

Order confirmation: AGGB- 05199656 for a TaylorMade Qi10 Max Designer Series Blue White Driver on 25/2 paid extra for delivery within 3 days, called on 27/3 was told that it will be picked up by courier in the afternoon waited for the tracking number from courier (never received) checked online my order is still on awaiting dispatch. called on 28/3 and was told it has all been packed and schedule to be picked up by courier at 4pm. Today i check my order online is still awaiting dispatch. I was assure that the product is with them and packed. I am leaving on this Sunday I doubt if this will be deliver to me before that. They like to fool their customer around paid extra for delivery within 3 working days. It is over 3 working days now where is my golf driver? Unless they work on Sunday only while Mon-Saturday is off. Lies after lies and promise they cant keep. Contact them by email and reply came that they will reply in 3 days time......One thing they are very efficient in is payment are collected from you instantly.... STAY AWAY....

Paid using gift card and cash and was given a refund onto the gift card but kept my cash. Customer services addressed zero of my concerns with how their returns policy is badly written, doesn’t make sense nor how the policy is just predatory to get more money from the consumer. They ignored my reasoning of how I could send back the entire order and re-order using the gift card to get the cash back and how just refunding me what I’m owned would save everyones time and effort

Wish I’d read these sooner. Ordered a club next day delivery for a birthday 3 days later. Birthday gone and still no sign of it. Reason for ordering from them - next day delivery! From these reviews it sounds like they are mis-selling their service.

I can strongly recommend not to buy from this site. Got a bug on a garmin golf watch. They asked me to send it in even though I wrote when I bought it. When they received it, it took 1 month before I received a short letter that the warranty did not cover this, that it had expired. Cost me £25 to send over watch, now they wanted another £25 to send it back, even though it will never work again. Worst service you can give. So don't buy here if you don't live in England!!

Placed an order 10 days ago and paid extra for next working day shipping - all I have had so far is a tracking number that says not dispatched and no reply to my email to customer services. So a definite 1 star for this shambles and would strongly recommend avoiding as plenty of good UK online retailers.

Twice my order has been messed up. Firstly due to item not being in stock after i had already paid for it, secondly due to wrong colour item delivered. Would sadly steer clear of this company in the future.

Ordered on the 15th December, never received email confirmation. Supposedly 3 - 5 days delivery, never received my item. Very disappointing as it was, a Christmas present. Just called today 27th December, to be told they refunded me on the 18th as the item was out of stock. I should of had an email of confirmation, but nothing. Just looked on line and the top is available in all sizes, so how can this be available still. If I had know I would of gone and purchased something else as I would of had time to do so. But I kept thinking it would arrive. Won't ever use them again.

Appalling service. My order was delivered to the incorrect address nearly 3 weeks ago. The photograph taken by DPD is not my house!!!!! I have telephoned several times, emailed and my case is under investigation.... I have requested a full refund, but am still waiting... They should not be allowed to keep peoples money and not refund in a reasonable time frame. This was Christmas presents, which I explained and still no refund!!!! I will never buy anything from American Golf again.

Ordered on 4 December. Still not received a confirmation or delivery but as others have said the money has been taken. Have only received an email to say how busy they are. Very disappointing service.

Appalling company. Liars, cheats and conmen. There are many other golf goods providers out there. Please don’t buy from this shower. When they claim they dispatch items it’s a lie. They don’t send but still take your money. This is fraud.
