The Asda's in Toryglen is always good, staff always seem happy & always helpful. Products always seem to be readily available on shelves unlike some other supermarkets.

First and last time using Asda Home delivery. Called customer service to ask how many water bottles I could order. 24. Fantastic. Ordered. Also ordered veggies, 50 protein shakes and asked for no replacement. Come the day of the booking, where I can no longer change the order: Asda writes that they unfortunately cannot find 24 bottles of water in their 9 football field warehouse and they cannot find aaaanny substitute because they only have 6 brands of water. So they changed the order to 6 bottles. Not the point when you specifically have called customer service to make a decision to make an order, and they lie to you. Also, Asda does not have the 50 protein shakes, and have decided to substitute this for 6 chocolate snacks. 50 meals are apparently the equivalent of 6 chocolate bars. Even though I asked for no substitutes which was still written on the order. And they didn't have ANY pepperfruit in their ENTIRE SHOP. Which smegging shop that size doesn't have pepperfruit. On the night of the order which was booked for delivery between 20 and 22, I discovered that someone had decided to kick in our door buzzer and it wasn't working. Around 18.00 I called customer service just to let them know this, and to please ask the driver to call on arrival or send a text message as I can't hear a knock 4 floors up. The woman on the phone in the call centre somewhere not in the UK informed me that there is no way to give any message to drivers with pickup notes to help them. She informed me that Asda was not delivering this order and it had been outsourced to another company. The woman had 0 access to the system and could not find any contact information for the driver, even with me telling her his name that had been sent in a text message. I put a note on the door and hoped for the best. At 22.00 the driver called me from a hidden withheld number to say "I'm tired, I've had a long day and I am not delivering anything to you". Imagine the post man calling you to say that? Even Hermes etc? Such a weird thing to do. He then told me that I need to call customer service to cancel the order. I dutyfully called customer service, only to be told by another lady on the phone that it is not possible tocancel an order when it is out for delivery. I told her about 8 times that I am not cancelling anything and that the driver asked me to call customer service. Customer service told me to wait for my order to be delivered, no discussion. I asked how long I should wait for the delivery, and she said I needed to be available for delivery the next 48 hours. What?!?! What does that even mean? "Mam this is out terms and conditions". How is that legal? When am I allowed to sleep? I asked her if I needed to stay up and not sleep, and she simply said yes. At 23.30 the order was cancelled by someone, which I only found out my looking at the app constantly. No cancellation email or call or text. They still have my money. Fantastic service, Asda. This should be illegal.

We've been with asda home delivery for about a year now. And we have no idea why we stayed. Each delivery has subsitutes. Which wouldn't bother me if it was the same food item we originally wanted, instead it's completely random. And when we book a time slot they either not turn up or come 2 hours early. When the whole point of the time slot is to help you if your busy. In general the whole experience is frustrating. And to get a hold of the helpline takes about 5 hours. Would not reccommend.

Asda warrants no stars. Your home delivery service is disgusting, it's so bad you should give it up. Your customer service rate only as sorry. Appalling. O and the driver must have a chocolate addiction, as it always the chocolate missing. Maybe that's why the driver never shows up.

driver rude and can't wait to get away. the last 2 orders have had several items missing and no substitute but I have been charged for them. I telephoned the customer services number and on both occasions got a call centre in a foreign country. I have a disability so unable to get to the store which is why I use online shopping. They refused to send a vehicle with the missing items and said would just give me a refund. the very next order I placed the same thing happened. this time the delivery came without carrier bags which I had requested and 3 items missing. I phoned the customer services and the lady couldn't even pronounce my name correctly. her English was very poor. she promised a refund and also a £15 e-voucher. 10 days later I have received the refund but no e-voucher. I will NEVER use Asda online shopping again. Ive just tried Morrisons online delivery and they are a millions times better. Asda online delivery is a JOKE !!

Cafe express in asda colne what a joke stood in queue for half hr (2.35)only to be told that after 3pm on weekend i can only order if I'm sitting in as they won't give you a take out of the display if they had actually moved a bit faster instead of chatting it would have been before 3pm plus there attitude was terribly I will never use them again and will copy and paste this on social media absolutely ridiculous

The toilets at the Colindale are a disgrace. For a supermRket if this size to have 3 female toilets where one is out of order and the other two are filthy is.a reflection of what Asda thinks of its customers who rake in enormous profits for them

Horrible horrible experience with Asda. This was the first time I ordered groceries from them. And definitely the last time. I'll stick to Morrison and Tesco. Definitely more cooperative. The driver arrived before delivery time and since I wasn't home, marked my groceries as 'refused delivery'. I called up the customer services who apologiesd at first and said they would have it redelivered and someone would just call back. I waited till midnight and recieved no call (delivery time was 8pm). I called up the next morning and Washington at customer services was not at all accommodating and said they cannot take responsibility for this. The driver did not call me when he arrived because their system does not allow that (then why do they even take the customers contact number). And when they said they would call back for redelivery, they didn't call because they have too many customers to deal with. Pathetic experience. Very unexpected as competeing companies are so cooperative with customers.

Spent just short of £100 on an Asda grocery shop to be delivered on the 16/03/2017 between the hour of 7pm-8pm for it not to even show up no phone call to say it wouldn't be coming. So I ended up calling Asda at 9.10pm for them to say it's been cancelled as we could not make the delivery time. I have a 3 year old child at home who's in a hip spica and having to work between my child and been on the phone to Asda it's disgusting it's wrong it's unprofessional. You've caused me so much hassle and grief Asda I hope your proud I can not even get out the house to even go to a local shop to get stuff as my child cannot get out the house either. I'm so annoyed with you!!!!

Scheduled a Asda Home Delivery online, after waiting in - the delivery slot came and went with no groceries, not even a phone call to let me know what the ETA was. I then called the Customer Service number, which was clearly based somewhere in India judging by the poor grasp of the English language and was told in a very roundabout way that the order had been cancelled with no information as to why. To top this whole sorry experience off, I then received a text message 6 hours after the scheduled delivery slot informing me that the order was cancelled! I will never use or shop with Asda ever again but based on this experience. AVOID ASDA HOME DELIVERY!

Always used to pop in to store but recently started using online ordering! Got our shopping on Saturday 30 minutes late which wasn't a problem. As my wife had ordered I just signed it off trusting everything was there. More than half our shopping wasn't delivered and now we battling with Asda to get back what we already paid for! Has really peed me off! I've lost trust in online ordering and will now pop in stores to shop but maybe not Asda next time!!!
