“Had delivery booked for Friday 2nd, during height of snow conditions, 11-1pm slot. I was most impressed they arrived early at 10.45, I was two mins away, my teenager was home and called me, then the driver spoke to me, they were unloading, no problem, as I arrived home they were just about to leave, they'd brought my deliver into the hallway, helped unpack crates - so efficient, above and beyond.
