“The other day I had reason to go to the Customer Services in this store regarding a purchase of potatoes. When preparing for a meal, it turned out that a couple of these potatoes were 'bad'. When I explained and offered my complaint, I was immediately reimbursed with a friendly smile and compliments of the day. Service like that, though sadly sometimes rare, is worth it's weight in gold.”
“They haven't really. New building following a fire! But not really enjoyable. Staff are miserable, layout is weird, they didn't even offer local customers that were inconvenienced by the several months of closure any voucher of any kind.”
