“I shop at Asda quite often and I think I will replace Asda with another supermarket. More and more often I discover that the goods on the shelves have a lower price than at the checkout. Or buy two products for the price of one or three for the price of two. after checking the receipt, no difference was deducted and I paid full price. this is an absolutely disgusting practice. try to avoid Asda, they talk a lot and loud about saving money, but in reality they are robbing you”

are guaranteed to receive a text and email,notifying you,that some of your items aren't in stock(despite them always been available at the time of your order)and replacements have been issued.

“What an awful supermarket the way they treat customers. I ordered nearly £300 Christmas shopping to be delivered on the 22nd December. £120 worth of shopping was missing! Ruined my kids Christmas. Despite ringing and on the day trying to contact the driver and then going through each item over the phone to customer service whim assured my refund would be done asap the shop has decided that I’ve received everything. Finally got through to the Branch and they were rude unprofessional disgrace Can you believe treating customers this way I am now in the process of getting legal advice… a bunch of thieves.”
