This meant that I had to travel to this store 4 miles away from this store for collection.
Once I been to the same store with the advise of your customer service to get the refund.
3 time ri ng to get my money.
Totally I had to spend 5 hrs all together for this same as the product cost.
I am looking to to refund my money with deserving compensation for the time I spend.

“I was unable to use my cash pot rewards in store because I had scanned the reward card?? Had to abandon shopping. Tried to do a click and collect order the next day and now had an email to say there was a problem with my card. Customer service were as much use as a chocolate tea pot and now I appear to have lost my rewards and have no shopping in for Christmas. I actually believe that this is all very convenient to Asda and I am sure they are doing very nicely with the extra sales as the staff said this is happening all over. “I placed an order for some soap for home delivery as I needed to replenish my cupboard. The website capped the quantities that I could order, so I had to buy other random items to meet the minimum threshold for delivery. The delivery was due today, so I got a text saying that the soap had been substituted for a different product and only a small quantity of them. With this being no good to me, I called to cancel the order at Noon, 10 hours before the delivery time slot and was told that it was too late, I had to turn the driver away and wait for a refund. What an awful experience throughout and one that I won’t give them chance to do to me again. If only I could give zero stars I would”
“I went to pick up an order from Asda Shaw in Oldham. When I got there the product was not what I ordered. The girl who initially dealt with me was quite helpful but then she got me to speak to customer service which was absolutely unhelpful. I was told that I had to return these goods even though it was not what I ordered. Totally felt let down by the customer service at the Shaw branch. I will Not be dealing with online shopping again at Asda due to the lack of help received by so called customer service. I would definitely tell others not to either.”

“Asda rewards are a ioke and a insult to it's customers. I spend about £140 every week and sometimes if I'm lucky I might get £1 the rest of the time it's anywhere between 50p to 12p. Been a pensioner I can get 10% off at Iceland on a Tuesday The moral of the story is Asda stick your app where the sun doesn't shine because having shopped there for about 40 years I think it's time to go elsewhere”
