Customer service very poor. Sent wrong item . 2 weeks later still do not have it. Had to phone everyday for update, sometime did not bother to call back. Just been contacted by courier company and have to wait another 3 days for delivery. Very poor service.

Oh no, we're really sorry to hear this. It's not the level of service we strive for. We have received a huge number of calls recently so we cannot apologise enough to those who haven't been able to get through. As a result of the large call volumes, we have now expanded our customer service team. We are focusing on minimising any calls being missed and we are being far more proactive than ever before in making sure customers are informed and kept up to date. Totally shambolic. Wrong glass shower panel supplied. Deflector panel wrong thickness. Plumber wasted a lot of time before it became apparent they never could be fitted. Had to get manufacturers to contact BV with correct part nos. Incorrect info re delivery of replacements. Had to re-jig layout as plumber had to fit units without damaged cupboard. 3 drawer unit ordered - unsuitable 2 drawer unit supplied. Shower tray not as specfied - new trench had to be dug on concrete floor. No taps. Handles unsuitable for our units. Wrong (cheaper) riser rail delivered. Bracing bar missing. Extra items not ordered delivered: shower head and hose, plinth, 3 end panels (don't know if charged for these). Plumber had to re-arrange his week to fit shower glass when it finally arrived. Darryl worked hard to sort out but not his order / problem.

Pictures on the website are not of the actual products, it seems. Despite this, the ‘Manager’ Mark, was rude and unhelpful via email, to the point I had to ask that he stop emailing me. Wouldn’t help with return postage, which was over £13 and lied about the manufacturers not having the item I wanted-when they did and then took nearly 10 days to process refund. Very bad business.

Had two fauly taps, took pictures & emailed CS & slow to respond. After 3 weeks they sent incorrect parts. I bought new taps elsewhere to conclude the issue. Took far too long to respond poor customer service after taking my money !

Abysmal! Ordered one lavatory seat in December - this took a good while to arrive and unfortunately was damaged. Since then I've spent an inordinate amount of time (soon be February!) on phone calls, photographs and emails trying to arrange to return this item. The company, by their own admission, has weak communication between individuals and across their teams. Despite their apologies I still have the lavatory seat and they still have my money. You have been warned!

We've looked into this for you Mrs Erby and it appears we have already attempted to pick up the item previously. We have since spoken to you to arrange for another collection which is scheduled for tomorrow (30/01/2018). We really hope this resolves the matter.

Really poor service , waiting for my item more than a month now and no one still know what is going on !!!order made the 08/12/17 , still they don't know where my order is . very disappointed .

Hi Sara I've looked into your order I can see that delivery was attempted on the 22nd December but you were away on holiday so unable to receive the order. Because of the time of the year the items then came back to us on the 2nd January when our warehouse reopened. The order was then sent out again free of charge and has been booked in for delivery to you tomorrow which is Thursday 18th January. The HiB Qubic 50 LED Aluminium Cabinet is not fit for purpose - the LED light is extremely dim serving no real purpose (useless for make-up application, shaving etc.). The description should make this clear to avoid people wasting their money.

Hi Mark We do state in our terms and conditions that you agreed to when you purchased your items that refunds can take upto 30 days to process, I've looked into your refund and I can see it was processed well within this period. Many thanks

All well and good with the purchase of two shower trays. When our installer came to fit the second one, he found he could not make it fit due to the position of the drain hole being over a floor joist. We had gone a few days (literally) over the 14 day return period, and were told by Bathroom Village that there is no flexibility on this, despite our asking for an understanding attitude. So we have had to buy a further shower tray, and have been left with one we cannot use. Why 14 days is seen as being sufficient is hard to fathom, other than it pretty well makes sure that returns are very rare. An item such as this is not like a shirt - you may well not discover that it is unsuitable for a few weeks after purchase. Completely spoiled what would otherwise have been a reasonable buying experience.

Hi there Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately we do work on a 14 day returns policy which is set out by Trading Standards this is clearly set out in our returns policy which you agreed to when placing the order. I do hope the other tray has worked out fine and hopefully see you next time you need something!

Having spoken to our warehouse and customer services departments, it is apparent we have tried to contact you on a several occasions to arrange the collection of the damaged bath and the delivery of it's replacement, and have left several messages and sent multiple e-mails to which we've had no reply. Could you please come back to us at your earliest convenience so we can get this problem resolved. Thank you.

We ordered 5 items from Bathroom Village. It took 3 deliveries before we had the correct items, plus a special delivery to be sent the fitting kit for the bath (surely it is obvious that a bath should come with the fittings!). There was also a 4th visit from the delivery people to collect the bath that they had wrongly delivered but had already taken back on the 2nd visit. They really need to get their deliveries sorted out, - two drivers said that they themselves don't check their load, they simply deliver it and then get all the hassle when some of it is wrong or missing. We were glad that we ordered taps and a thermostatic shower unit from other companies. The correct items all arrived within a couple of days. They will be the ones to get any future business from us.

Your order was delivered directly from our supplier, Ultra in this instance, and as a result of several mistakes like this we have decided to no longer sell their products. Sink was delivered late and was all smashed up. Upon follow up they resent but omitted the stand. Something that should have taken 2 days too 2 week

It seems there was confusion surrounding the basin stand on this particular order. It was understood that you would only be returning the basin and keeping the stand as there was no damage to it. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope everything was fitted and up to standard in the end.

Very unsatisfactory experience with Bathroom Village. Ordered washbasin. This has some internal damage on arrival, which plumber said he could repair, so did not return to avoid delays and inconvenience. Biggest issue was they also hadn't sent door handles for cabinet. An easy problem to fix you would think. When pointed this out however, they then proceeded to send wrong handles. Had to pick these up from their courier's depot to discover they were the wrong ones however, as their courier (UK Mail) does not offer any information as to when they will deliver. Returned the handles, courier turns up unannounced again. Out. Have to go to courier's depot again. This time they are the right handles! Overall a lot of frustration and wasted time on my part to sort out their basic errors. Recognise that sometimes these things happen (although repeat errors less supportable), however the aftersales service was very underwhelming at best. Not inclined to complain typically, but did in this instance as they were not really acknowledging their mistakes when speaking to them. Just an apology for the inconvenience, a recognition of the poor service would have been nice. But no response at all. Will not use again.

Cabinet arrived with one door missing. Delivered fairly promptly separately after contacting bathroom village. No hinges were supplied with the missing cupboard . I contacted bathroom village to request these be sent to me but as yet nothing has arrived.

With regards to the shower, it has come to our attention after speaking with Heritage that the images provided are incorrect, they are currently in the process of re-photographing the new style shower systems, and we await their response.
