The worst experience I have ever had buying from a company. I ordered at 22/12/20 2 items from them with a click away way, items that by the time of order and payment were definitely available (according to their website) at their local shop. I could picked them up from 28 to 31/12/20 which was okay because the items supposed to be new year presents for 2 kids. At 31/12 i contacted with the local shop by phone.....the manager told me that my items were not there and they might be either to Spain or to Athens!!!!! When I informed her that there was availability by the time of purchase she replied that ohhhhh website is not accurate. Well congratulations for your site, for your personel and for your after sales service. 2 kids didn't receive their new year presents that wanted. I will never ever again buy from them.

Horrible service !!! THINK TEICR BEFORE BUYING!!!! I was charged twice because of a mistake in their website and they do not want to send me back one of the payments. The customer service is horrible!!! They answer emails 8 days later and the person on the phone doesn’t know anything!!!!! Bershka literally refused to refund me and both payments were completed!!!! They stole your money!!!!! My bank is solving these issues now but I NEVER WILL BUY AGAIN WITH THEM

DON'T BUY ONLINE WITH BERSHKA I had a terrible experience, I ordered 3 jeans to try them on and choose the one that fitted me best, but unfortunately, after I shipped back the two jeans that I didn't like, they refunded me just one of them and the other one seems disappeared even though I have the receipt of the parcel with the weight of it. Moreover, customer service is the worst I ever dealt with.

Bad would be an understatement. I was hoping that there would be no star rating as they don't even deserve 1 star. A family member in the UK recently purchased items online to bring to South Africa as Christmas gifts only to receive an email after numerous calls, emails and checking at the store for collection to get told there has been a transport incident whatever that might mean and that we mustn't worry cause the refund has already been processed. That they thank us for trusting them and waiting to see us at Bershka again. I have been on their reviews page and horrified by all the bad service and yet it seems to be an ongoing issue which doesn't get resolved or given the necessary focus. I have since gone online only to find the all the items are still available in the sizes I want, so that is very confusing. Horrible service, pathetic customer care department, drastic improvement needed!

The worst packaging ever. Normally I encounter lots of cases of overpackaging, but not with Bershka. This was the worst packing job I've ever seen. The postal service is not to blame. I ordered a synthetic fur winter coat and more items and they came in a huge thin brown envelope, no plastic, not even a bag. In transit the envelope probably broke or burst. and lots of tape was added, adhering to the fur and rest of products, more then once. Post came in my absence and I could not convince my daughter to return the goods. Never have I ever received cloths not wrapped in plastic sealed bags. I would never order again.

The most incompetent and irresponsible company to its customers! On Black Friday, I bought presents for my nieces. I wait for my order for 10 days and nothing happens. When I contacted them to ask what was going on, they just told me that there was a problem and my order was canceled ... No explanation, no apology !! NEVER order ANYTHING from these zany, because you will be disappointed without your purchases!

Worst customer service ever!! Worst customer service ever!!! My online order is lost. Went to the store and asked about my purchase they don't have it. Send them number of emails and they haven’t replied. When I called them David from customer service was not helpful at all. he placed return request but didn’t give me a refund. Item is lost! When I asked to speak to his manager, he told I can speak only to him. Since when customer service don’t have a manager??? No solution, not helpful, ignorant, worst customer servicer ever! Would not recommend to shop in bershka uk online to anyone!

Customer chat is appalling. They are rude and cut you off before the problem is solved. The told me the email for the account was my ‘wrong entry’ (my fault apprently!) as I wasn’t receiving my refund email - but conveniently I was still receiving marketing emails from them!! I had to beg fo let them to not close the chat as the issue wasn’t resolved. Don’t be fooled by the prices, it reflects their shocking customer service. Completely unacceptable for a retailer of this size. Happy to take your money but disengage with any refund process. Back to other brands like ASOS for me

Their website charged me but didn’t process my order. After emailing them 4 times and including my confirmation of the charge and order number they kept saying that I was never charged even though I sent in my bank statement to show them they charged me. Completely denied they were at fault at all. They didn’t want to even try to look into it. Absolutely awful customer service. I had to end up filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I really wanted the boots I was trying to order but I will never shop with them due to this.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Bershka on the 13th of November, on the 16th of November I get an email saying that my parcel was delivered but I didn't get anything, the courrier didn't call me. I rang the CS and they just told me my case was escalated and that somebody would contact me by the end of the day but I am still waiting. Very disappointed about this service.

Really bad customer service and online ordering. They have sent me the same item twice both times with security tags attached. There is no easy way to exchange/get a refund. Only buy from them if you have a lot of time on your hands to resolve issues.

Question: Why a global company like Bershka has such an pathetic customer support team & unbelievably inefficient internal communication between departments? It was originally my fault of accidentally returning ASOS things to Bershka & Bershka things to ASOS, I know it very well. However it took me around 3 months and more than 20 calls, webchats and emails to communicate with Bershka customer support before finally getting a courier collection arranged then a definite answer of 'sorry your items might be lost.'The ASOS items valued at least £70 so I was keen to get them back, but it costed me numerous time to explain to each member of Bershka customer support what happended and how far I went with the last guy. I offered charging me delivery fee for helping to post my items back but got refused, they told me I have to arrange a courier collection. OK. I thought I was fortunate enough because at least Bershka found my items and was willing to help, that's enough, but how comes it cost me way more life than I expected? Firstly is that their warehouse was like a floating bubble up in the sky that not a single Bershka stuff could reach them directly from either internal line or email, messages had to get there by coach I guess because it normally takes more than 2 days for warehouse to reply a single message or get aware that I have arranged a courier collection for my stuff. (But maybe the only thing worth praising was that warehouse photographed every one of my ASOS items with someone standing and holding them in hands so that I know they do have my things) I was even informed that my case had been transferred to higher level and would soon get a response (and that still took at least 2 weeks) However the most ridiculous things was that on my last call asking about how the courier collection went, Bershka told me some courier (they couldn't even specify which one) had collected my stuff on a date that I DIDN'T ARRANGED ANY COLLECTION. They were so sure about this, so sure that my things had been collected but I waited for more than a week still didn't get any notification or tracking information from the courier. Bershka couldn't provided collection receipt on enquiry or even just simply tell me which courier collected. So that's that. Spending 3 months waiting and consuming my life on useless calls and emails with Bershka, retaining hope all the time, but all of these got wasted. (Well, add on to my essay the guy on my last call wasn't even compassionate with my experience by making light-hearted tu tutu noise while checking things for me.) Bershka makes ok clothes, but do sad business I'm afraid.

awful, never purchasing again. returned an item, return was processed 8/11/20, it’s now 8/24/20 and no return. emailed customer service no response till now, even filed a claim. DO NOT SHOP

bershka online shopping is terrible. not only did they never notify me that one of the items was out of stock, but they also falsely advertised on this website that it was available in all sizes. i have never had an experience online shopping where the company had not notified me any problems with the order.i seriously would not recommend. i have cancelled the rest order and will be sending it back if they continue the process and decide to send it to my address. also another thing i want to point out as well is that there was no option for me to cancel my order on the page which showed my order. i had bought this as a guest so thats also something to watch out for.

I had an awful experience with bershka online. I love the store but online customer service is awful. The first time I ordered from them my card didn’t want to go through. Many phone calls later to bershka and my card service. I found out that the item I wanted was out of stock and they hadn’t updated their site. This caused me a lot of stress as I thought my card got blocked. A couple days ago I ordered a pair of socks which have been delivered with the security tags on them. Once again many phone calls and many different answers I got told that they could not send a courier to my house and told me to either wait till stores open, this was not ideal as the closest store to me was one hour away. or to get a refund and send back the item which was not ideal as the covid-19 is around. I also asked for gift wrap and gift messages for both packages and neither of them came with it.
