My husband ordered me the Alice in wonderland coo coo clock for a Christmas gift. He was notified it would be delayed until Jan. Okay understandable I guess. Then in Jan he gets a notice it is delayed until April. After multiple email attempts since that is the only way to talk to someone. You get an automatic response about free shipping and a discount for the inconvenience. I asked for someone to call me. Never happened. Needless to say I don't have my clock and will encourage everyone to not purchase from here. Please stop sending flyers of merchandise your company cannot fulfill. Thanks for nothing

This is a horrible company that is impossible to deal with. They offer free shipping but have their website set up so that it is so frustrating that people give and pay. Don’t buy from this company. There are lots of other company’s a person can go to and be treated fairly.

ordered a necklace with both names on the heart, its nothing like the picture in the ad. the names are so tiny I need a magnifying glass to see the names. What a waste of money.

I have been trying to cancel a subscription plan as they are charging me 86 per item when it was supposed to be 43. I have filled out their online form and tried to call. You can’t email them so there is no proof that you have tried to contact them at all. Very frustrating.

Purchased one item received and the later received items I never ordered or got. Now I have a company chasing me for money, they can't send me prove I ordered them or can't send me prove they even delivered them. Stay away

You take WAY too long to send/ship any product that is ordered from your company. Do you only have 1 employee? You are located in the US....what on earth could take so long? I've received personalized items from China faster. I ordered 2 items on November 6th, well ahead of the traditional holiday shopping season, and your website said I could receive as early as November 22nd. That was a complete lie. When I emailed for an update on November 20th, you stated it would take at least 4 weeks to arrive. A total lack of customer service and a complete case of false advertising to get people to place orders. The items finally arrived on December 7th and neither one was worth the wait. Never again.

I received a broken item. I shipped it back to them within 2 hours of receiving it and it's been 2 weeks, they say they haven't received it yet they had me ship it USPS bulk mail with no tracking!

Gift bought from my mother shortly before she passed away, less than 2 years after I received her gift the bracelet is tarnished and the silver has worn off. I contacted customer service and received a big standard reply saying that the 120 days had passed. To think that a huge has a shelf life if less than 6 months is shocking. Would never consider purchasing anything from this company.

I ordered online, the 2nd screen appeared indicating I was now eligible for FREE shipping, I pressed the button,,, next thing my account was debited for two items of the same. They have had days to reply to my email request to return one,,, with no response. Very confusing web page. Please answer my email as stated within 3/5 working days.

I ordered something for my father's birthday and chose the installment payment plan. Upon completion of the order, the full purchase price was charged to my account. When I called to talk to customer service, they said it would drop off. It has been five days, and the charge is still pending, tying up money I need for other bills. When I called again this morning, she stated it would take 24 to 48 hours to drop off. So I canceled the order. Nowhere in the order details did it state that Bradford Exchange would hold the entire purchase price for over a week. I will never shop there again.

Absolute scam if you purchase a coin from them they will then keep sending more and more that you have not asked for billing you for each. They will then tell you to return you have 14 days and will need to phone there return line to get a number to return the item but no one will ever answer the call and you will have the money deducted from your account. Absolutely despicable service with emails not answered and no way to return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR PRODUCTS YOU DONT WANT.

Purchased Aurora borealis £89.97 plus p&p and what a piece of junk plastic feathers which was melted and distorted they gave the impression that the sky lit up which didn't just a cheap l.e.d lights around the edge can't see the picture when it's dark got a certificate of authenticity by James meger but the rubbish was made in China total rip off by con merchants

Constant problems with orders. Bought about $1000 worth of items, set up billing (financed of 1 year) and waited over one week for items to be delivered! Finally get an e-mail that I MUST pay full price for my order! They stated that since this was my first (and now my last) order that the original financing that was set up would not be honored!!! This was for our 50th anniversary and they now had changed the original order!!! I then had to change my order to a cost that I could afford to pay cash instead of financing my original purchase!!! The older I get, the more stupidity angers me!!! How can I order the more expensive item if they say they can not finance the purchase!! I am sure the items that I had to change my order to will be very nice but not half the quality that my original order was!!

Waiting for an item I ordered in December 2020. In 6 months I never received one text to let me know I wasn’t forgotten about. Almost impossible to reach by phone. Horrible customer service. Will never buy another thing from them.
