“We shop regularly at the Garforth branch and all the staff are brilliant, I have been In again this morning and as per usual Sharan went out of her way to see the item I was looking for was provided for me. We would not dream of going anywhere but Garforth for the cards etc that we require.”

“We visited Leicester, St George card shop on jan2nd.we bought lots of Christmas sale stock and were served by a very nice lady called Roop.This lady was so patient has we asked to do 3 different transactions, lady was really helpful,thankyou 😀.”

“I live in Whitstable, Kent. Card Factory is part of our community. Cannot believe it has gone back to a Landlord when it is so profitable there is nothing like it in Whitstable. The staff are great. My biggest fan is Jean who has been there since the beginning. This lady is the best there is in Whitstable. Helpful, Polite anything she can do for a customer she will do. Lovely chatting and having fun. Canterbury Council Landlord BIG LOSS”
