“I am absolutely disgusted at the way Coop treats its customers. ON two occasions during the past few weeks they have simply failed to deliver an online order since they made mistakes as to the address leaving me completely in the lurch. When I then asked for my order to be delivered they said that this was not possible - they would simply refund. This by far the worst service I have ever encountered and I would advise everyone not to rely on them.”
“Purchased ‘new’ range, generally I try something and if I don’t like it will never buy again.
However this was just disgusting, meat/veg ratio to sauce was ridiculous and the sauce was like brown water (think I had three very small pieces of beef - one broccoli and about a million sliced pepper)
And I suspect the designer of this has never eaten a teriyaki.
Please avoid - put it this way I would have been disappointed if it was a ‘entry’ level item, however this wasn’t cheap”
“We bought 2 of the Irresistable Tika Massala meals which used to be in round trays but were now in square ones. Given the price, >£9.00 before discount, we assumed they would be the same quality. What a joke, they were absolutely terrible. The previous round packaged offering had really tender whole chicken fillets whereas the new square packed had small chicken pieces. The sauce in the new one, apart from being peppery,was virtually tasteless. It is a sad comment on today's economics where you get charged the same for sub standard rubbish and the Coop think you won't notice. A very dissatisfied customer”
“Co-op shopping online is useless as their site claims lots of food is out of stock. When it is clearly on the shelves if I ask someone to check. They only show highest priced items for online shoppers. There have been items missing form my orders yet I have been charged for them & have to wait days before getting my cash back”

“I usually shop at other supermarkets but today bought my first Co-op chicken. I think I can sum up the experience as bewildering. Cooking it was nothing at all like what I'm used to. It was so pumped full of water that it had to be dried before roasting and then all the usual techniques with stuffing etc. were also ruined. It's really sad that we now have to put up with such third rate products in the pursuit of price. I thought the retail industry had moved beyond this kind of thing. Won't be doing this again.”

Shocking online experience
Not keen on posting bad reviews reviews but I am furious.
Last Saturday I placed an online order which I paid for Delivery was between two and 4 o’clock by 6 o’clock I hadn’t received my order. All I got was a text saying they were running behind. I finally rang and got through to the local shop. It had a power court in the morning And I would not be getting my order at all called into the shop spoke to the manager who advised me that he had informed the online department to switch off and stop taking online orders. My order was taken and paid for one hour after he asked them to stop taking orders I was also advised It would be 3 to 5 days before I got my money. It’s now a week tomorrow and I still haven’t got any money back from them I contacted customer service today took me ages to get through I-spoke to a young lad who said he was looking into it he then put the phone down on me. I called into the store on my way home from work and spoke to a member of staff when I checked my phone i saw the person i spoke to had cancelled my order two minutes after he put the phone down on me, So my order had only been cancelled today one day short of a week after I placed the order. I now may have to wait another 3 to 5 days before I get my money And no one is doing anything about it
How can someone take your money knowing full well that they cannot supply your order

“I’d thought we might have a little Italian experience with a lasagne and a garlic bread but wow! What a disappointment. Even adding some butter to the garlic baguette made it no more edible and the lasagne? Just absolutely horrible. Truly awful all round.”
