“Have shopped a few time now online with the coop the service is a joke you can guarantee you don’t receive at least 4or 5 of the basic items you ask you . You will have to be totally housebound to use this diabolical service”

“coop stuffed crust pizza cooked exactly as per instructions the stuffed crust crisped up without issue the centre of the pizza was a soggy offering. NEVER AGAIN”

“10% added for subs But every order has items missing No emails to confirm order list. And money Never refunded. Even though I order 4-5 times a Week Only good points are only have to spend £15 and the customer service staff are excellent B”

“The coop for delivery to London E20, I booked a slot...didn't arrive, complained to customer service and rebooked.....didn't arrive. Now waiting for the third delivery slot....I'm pretty angry tbh ! Won't use again and will not recommend.”

“The coop uses a delivery third party service, today I had the major misfortune to have a delivery person who did not understand English nor could he follow a GPS .home delivery should be stress free and an extension of shopping in store minus any stress. today my experience was full of unnessery stress and one which I wont be repeating should this happen again, i will simply shop elsewhere”

“The home delivery service seemed great at first - they had same-day slots and low delivery fees. It turned out to be a complete joke. Made two orders in two days, neither was delivered! Do you think they told me no one was coming? No, I had to wait for hours for nothing. And I was still charged! I can't even believe this is possible. If you're not coming can't you at least tell customers about it? And why would you still charge them??? The one time I did get my order, half of the items were missing even though they had been marked as available on the website the same day. Honestly I'm baffled by how terrible this service is. I wouldn't even call it a service since they don't do anything besides taking your money. Do yourself a favour and don't use Co-op.”

“Absolutely useless, I cant stress enough how dire they are, use by dates were for a max of two days! Next, delivery didnt even turn up, rang to ask where is it and said had been delivered to a different address!! Was told order would be picked again and two hours later hadnt showed up so cancelled order and to make matters worse I now have to wait for up to 5 days for it to come back into my account, hopeless hopeless hopeless dont use they are terrible!”

“Their Champagne Les Pionners tastes like disinfectant with fizz, It's bitter aftertaste spoils the whole experience and leaves a bad taste, this gives Champagne a bad name and is nothing like any of the top 10 brands from Reims.. please avoid this unless you need drain cleaner !! Sorry coop but I had to leave this review as I don't want any other customers to experience this and waste their hard end cash at Xmas.”

“I ordered several varieties of beers and until I paid I was told 4 of the 5 four packs weren’t available. Instead of allowing me to cancel my order I still had to pay £13. Too expensive and not adjustable enough.”

“coop food on demand in L12 8QT is totally atrocious several orders placed with confirmation by email of what is going to be delivered only to find items missing on delivery. The lack of reliability is really bad, as is customer service in dealing with the issues. im done with them permanently”
