Home delivery service is awful. Never anything in stock. Only get less than half an order and no substitutes. You have to make another £15 order on top of you last to get anything.

Irresistible Blackcurrant and Sicilian Lemon Ice Cream with a hint of Lavender. Just like eating soap.

My husband and I have been in lockdown for six weeks, we have not been shopping at all, just Tesco Online. He wanted to buy some salad today and as the Co Op in Tolworth was the only store without a queue he decided to risk Covid and go in. The salad display was cordoned off with an assistant stocking shelves. He asked her if he could please buy some salad and she snapped at him very abruptly “ you will have to wait an hour”. It would have been no problem in allowing him to pick out some salad. There is no need for rudeness from their staff, especially when the store was empty, with long queues at M&S, Sainsbury’s and Iceland. Now I know why. This girl’s attitude was disgusting, she is lucky to have a job at this time, and she should be reprimanded. Needless to say my husband walked out, never to return. My son had exactly the same experience the day before, he spoke to the manager who picked out the items he needed and gave them to my son. Why close aisles when re stocking and refusing customers ? Madness, awful shop.

Went to the Halesowen store this evening and was not at all pleased with the customer service. The security guard was breaking the social distancing while stood at the door where people have to walk in and out. Customers are then told not to worry about the social distancing. Which I was under the impressionwe was supposed to be doing with all key workers as they expect us to do with them. He then refused for a long period of time to give his security badge number causing a scene and belittling a customer smiling. I will definatly be taking my custom else where in future.

Co-op near the Nottingham University, I go very often being a student but from my last experience will not be going back. All the other staff were lovely but come to the till and the man serving was so rude, it was New Year’s Eve, not wanting be at work I’ve worked in retail I understand but he was disgusting how I was treated and the customer in front.

I purchased two fresh Cream apple turnovers. What a complete waste of money and calories. Thick chewy pastry, sour apples but worse of all the fresh cream was a smear and this is being generous. No content around the edges awful Do you waste your money buying these products. Disgusting
