“I have ordered for such a long time and always have a problem. They send the incorrect items or substitutes that are nothing like the item you ordered. (ordering shampoo and they send conditioner for a substitute. When you contact customer support they don't get back to you. I have lost enough money with these guys! I will take my business else where!”
“Thank you Delivery driver Mike Gibbons Exmouth.
Last night he delivered a food order ,only to find no answer door's locked, he could see the lady on the floor unable to move, ambulance phoned neighbours informed, what a brilliant man ,”
“THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY - THEN DON'T DELIVER!
I live on my own and am currently self isolating at home due to COVID. If you are on a low budget, I wouldn't recommend using this service. They charge you an extra 10% on top of your shopping, just in case they substitute for more expensive items - but don't offer substitutes - they then return the cash, 3 to 5 WORKING days later. Plus, if there's anything unavailable (in my case, I ordered 3 bottles of wine and only got one!) - they charge you in advance for those as well, then don't deliver them. They state in the email confirmation "You won't be charged for these items" - but they already have and will make you wait for that too - it's a con. Plus, for one of the bottles of the wine, they just took it off the final confirmation email, with no explanation; if I hadn't emailed them, I would never have been refunded. If you want to make the most of your money, get cheaper prices and not have it sitting in co-op's bank account for a week - shop elsewhere.”
“I did an online food shop for betwen 2pm and 4pm today, it didn't come and its now 4:42pm, i said in my delivery note to ring the back doorbell, I'm not impressed, sort it out co op.”
“I have used the home delivery five time and have just about had enough, never ever have I had all my items delivered on any order.
Yesterday was the final straw, ordered a dozen items and they missed five, this is just beyond a joke,Im not shopping online because Im lazy, Im doing it because I have a fractured ankle, but if they cant even deliver the basics like bread and milk whats the point. My new years resolution is to STOP using the CO-OP.”
“I tried a Co-op own brand "Irresistible" Braised Beef & Truffle Chips (£4 to serve one), heated as instructed. The quantity of beef was pretty meagre, but worse, it was fatty and chewy and I had to discard about half of it. The gravy, chips and sauce were fine, but overall, a regrettable experience.”
“How dare can your company charge £3.30 for a packet of Pringles and £1.25 for Warburtons small toastie. I have been a member over 20 years. No more!!!”
