“Went in to get a specific item and was greeted at the door 👍 the young man asked me what I needed and directed to the area. I spent 15 minutes walking around and couldn’t find the item. 👎 Asked another employee who dropped what he was doing and guided me to the spot with that merchandise is kept and helped me find what I was looking for. He showed me the various styles and was very helpful. 👍 On my way up to the cash register I stopped to tell Young man where these items are in his store. He was chatting with another employee. He looked at me like I had lobster crawling out of my head and with no apology or any kind of remorse he just said OK. 👎”

“My grandson wanted a pair of Nikes for Christmas so I got online to see where they had them in stock, it showed Dick’s. I went to the Modesto store and Vincent helped me. Vincent was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions and more. They definitely need more employees like Vincent. Unfortunately the size I needed they were out of so Vincent got on their website and ordered me a pair. When I received the shoes apparently no one looked inside to see that the security tag-sensor was not taken off. And yes I was upset for a few reasons. One that I paid an extra $25 to make sure that it would be delivered before Christmas and secondly this was the only present that my grandson asked for and now he wasn’t able to wear them on Christmas Day because the employee that pulled the shoes didn’t do his/her job. Thanks”

“Long checkout line. Lots of employees standing around store. My wife is severely handicapped but walked all over the store. As we left hidden by the EXIT door was a motorized cart. Where is management.”
