“Went PC, Quit selling guns, got rid of all ammo and lost this former customer's business. Haven't shopped there since. Dunham's, Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse blow Dicks out of the water!”

“Treadmill delivered yesterday. Immediately before walking out the door, installers informed us that it would be $30 for them to take the box. Dick's website says: Room-of-Choice Delivery & Assembly Your item will be delivered into the room of your choice, including one flight of stairs up or down. Your item will then be unpacked and fully assembled. All packaging will be removed after the assembly is complete. https://www.dickssportinggoods.com/s/shipping-information Manager said salespersons are supposed to inform customer about this. Ours did not. Slip-up there. But the responsibility actually falls on corporate for lack of transparency/correct information on their website. Not happy!”

“I ordered a white Reggie White jersey and received a Kelly green long sleeved tshirt. When I called customer service, I was told it was out of stock . So instead of communicating that with me ,they sent me a tshirt . Unacceptable! I politely returned it and will not try again.”

“If u buy a bike from Dicks All I can say is buyer beware my e bike had 44 miles on it and the battery shorted out 44 miles and Dicks want do anything about it The bike cost me 999.00 I hope Dicks goes out of business I will certainly do my part to see that the one at the Pinnacle in Bristol Tn. sure does!”

“Dicks Sporting Goods is a fraudulent company. My order never shipped but they charged my credit card for it. When I asked for a refund they said I would have to wait for the order to deliver then return to my nearest store. How can I return what I never received? DO NOT ORDER FROM dicks sporting goods!!!”

“Absolutely useless company to deal with! I paid for two watches which I never received and after countless emails which were mostly ignored(thanks sily)I then got asked to send my email address so they could check my order status only to be told they couldn't find it even after I sent them the order details I recieved!I have now had 5 emails over a month each one asking for my email address! Hugely regret ever dealing with this company,I guess the clues in the name!”

“Dicks sporting good lost my entire family’s business when stopped selling guns, ammo, and in our local stores cannot find any hunting clothing either…. Their liberal ideas are affecting business practice which is not good for their business….Our local store does so little business they have grass growing in their parking lot…I can’t say I care whether they close the doors or not, because we have an Academy sports < than a mile away that is awesome and gets all of our business….Haven’t missed DICKS for a moment…..”

“Do not purchase the "no sweat personal protection plan" from Dick's. It's run by a third party Asurion and the plan appears to be bogus. We submitted a claim and get the run around from Dick's and no response from Asurion. Buyer beware”

“What kind of sporting goods store doesn’t sell ammo? If you own a sporting goods store and you support gun control maybe you should consider a different line of work. Some of us are lifelong hunters and exercise gun safety seriously, not all of us use surf boards and spandex. For sure maybe you should adjust the name to “ Dicks SOME sporting goods”

“Received order inside another box. The box with my order was torn and crushed. There was also some old wrapping paper taped on the back of the box. It was obvious this had been returned by someone and they did not bother to rebox the item. I can't believe you would find this acceptable. This was a gift ! Needless to say, I will never order from Dicks again.”

“They’re an awful company to do business with. Their prices are high and they have virtually nothing in their store. You have to order everything online. Why have a store? I used to go to stores to be able to physically see the merchandise before I bought…. Also I saw last night they were paying employees $4K to get an abortion! That did it for me. They need to go to Communist China where that is the norm. Get the hell out of our country! This is UnAmerican!!! I encourage everyone to stop buying from this Communist company. GO WOKE and GO BROKE! Real Americans new slogan… Let’s Do This!!!!!”
