If u buy a bike from Dicks All I can say is buyer beware my e bike had 44 miles on it and the battery shorted out 44 miles and Dicks want do anything about it The bike cost me 999.00 I hope Dicks goes out of business I will certainly do my part to see that the one at the Pinnacle in Bristol Tn. sure does!

Dicks Sporting Goods is a fraudulent company. My order never shipped but they charged my credit card for it. When I asked for a refund they said I would have to wait for the order to deliver then return to my nearest store. How can I return what I never received? DO NOT ORDER FROM dicks sporting goods!!!

I will never buy online from them again. Because of the experience I will never walk into a Dicks sporting goods store again. Fix your online shopping experience because it’s the absolute worst!!

I ordered custom fit Mizuno clubs on June 14th ( paid in full ), Dick's cancelled the order on june 16th for non payment. No phone calls or emails about this. Called the store on July 12th to check status of my order and was told Mizuno had components on back order by employee. After 8 weeks I contacted mizuno directly and verified that non of the components had been on back order, and that They didn't receive my order until June 28th. I also discovered that the Manger of the Mentor Oh store took my money to purchase gift cards to resubmit the order and instructed the employees to lie to me and BLAME the situation on Mizuno if I where to call in. Dick's corporate Wasn't entirely helpful either, and seemingly not over concerned at the fact that their store manager actually committed credit card fraud in the way he handle this. And again I was never contacted by dicks about any of the situation.

Absolutely useless company to deal with! I paid for two watches which I never received and after countless emails which were mostly ignored(thanks sily)I then got asked to send my email address so they could check my order status only to be told they couldn't find it even after I sent them the order details I recieved!I have now had 5 emails over a month each one asking for my email address! Hugely regret ever dealing with this company,I guess the clues in the name!

Absolutely terrible service,ordered 2 watches and they never arrived,when I emailed sily at customer services I was told they'd been sent and that was the last I ever heard! Even after 4 follow up emails I never heard anything back. Very disappointed to say the least and i will never use them again.

A very bad experience. I bought two bicycles and of their own free will they canceled one, without giving me options. I contact customer service ... and I had a horrible bad experience, I do not recommend buying from this online store.

Ordered a bike that was on a good sale, for $299. Received a confirmation email with the expected shipped arrival date to the house, paid the extra shipping costs, tax, etc. Half a day later an email arrives saying we're sorry, the order has been cancelled, and there is no explanation. When I call customer service, they say they ran out of stock, but now they do have it back in stock, but the price has gone up to $399, and "am I still interested". I asked for them to give it to me for the original price, and they said that because of the type of sale that it was, they couldn't do it. I asked to put in a complaint, or speak to a supervisor, and was almost immediately told that the supervisor said no to my request, and that was it.

Made a major purchase at the Spring Hill Fl store, the salesman Tyler was outstanding with his help, Savanah was awesome with her help trying to get the bank to help with my purchase. Managers Mark and Daniel went out of their way to help with a FedEx problem. Great store and staff, I highly recommend this store to anybody needing sporting goods. Keep up the good work.

I will NEVER step foot in a Dicks, poorly trained assembly in bike department. Manager was no help at all. Dicks does not stand behind the bikes they sell. Online discounts are confusing. No need to shop at Dicks as you can get equal or slight better from a big box store. I was in Smith Haven LI store, and came into contact with the manager, casher, and they are Dicks employees. I pick up a bike that the seat was never attached properly. I went back and met with the child, kid, maybe 16 years old who put the bike together. Called customer service, did nothing, offered maybe, possibly, a discount on next purchase, never going back to a Dicks!

Me and my daughter stood in the shoe department for over 30 minutes trying to get help while the manager stood there and talked to other employees looking at us. We left and went to finish line and bought two pair of Air forces at a higher price because dicks was unprofessional

Can now understand why Dick's apparently is going out of business. Up front we tried to return an Xmas gift without a receipt. It was a GIFT! Online the item was marked down from $99 to $69. When we went to the right store NOT Dick's Warehouse we were told the items credit value was $15!! Heck of a way to make a profit but more importantly lose a customer. Goodbye Dick's!

My husband placed an online order for a Christian Ronaldo jersey. He received an email stating that it was going shipped. Then they canceled the order saying it was out of stock. Horrible don't order online from. Never know if your order will just be canceled right before Christmas. That was one of his big Christmas gifts too.

Dicks sporting good lost my entire family’s business when stopped selling guns, ammo, and in our local stores cannot find any hunting clothing either…. Their liberal ideas are affecting business practice which is not good for their business….Our local store does so little business they have grass growing in their parking lot…I can’t say I care whether they close the doors or not, because we have an Academy sports < than a mile away that is awesome and gets all of our business….Haven’t missed DICKS for a moment…..

Went PC, Quit selling guns, got rid of all ammo and lost this former customer's business. Haven't shopped there since. Dunham's, Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse blow Dicks out of the water!
