I came to Dick's to get 2 Stanley's,I buied the Stanley's and then returned them because I didn't like the color or height of them.When I tried return them I only got 23.36 When I got the Stanley's they were 81.81 and I tried to say they was 81.81 they said no they was not and gave me a gift card and pushed me out the store so I will not be shopping at Dicks sporting goods till things change and you should do the same.

I have ordered the same item twice and it has got cancelled both times for apparently being “out of stock” when even after the orders where placed I still checked the listing and it still showed in stock before they cancelled it and the first time it was canceled I never even got a email or notification at all saying it was canceled I just happened to go in the app to my orders to check when the delivery date was and seen that it had been canceled if the item is not available then don’t put it on the app available to be ordered when it’s really not or just at least not let people check out with it in their cart so that they don’t have $50 twice just floating out in the middle of nowhere for two weeks waiting for it back it’s honestly dumb, I ordered the second time hoping maybe I would get it this time but no I was wrong. Customer service gets absolutely nothing accomplished so don’t even waste you time, money or patience if you can’t buy it in store then find it somewhere else even you have to pay $20 more for it you’ll be better off not ordering from them.

I got a pair of shoes for Christmas they ended up being the wrong size not a problem. We called and they told us all we had to do was take them into the store with the order number and we would be able to exchange them again not a problem. I took the shoes in to exchange them I was told to go over to the shoe section get the size I needed and bring it back over, I went over to the shoe section and got told they didn’t have the right size I needed okay again not a problem because they said that if they didn’t have the right size that they would order them online. I went back over and we did the return and they gave me a gift card and got told if it was more than what was on the gift card that they would compensate the rest. I went over and did the online purchase and was told that I had to pay almost 50 dollars which I did because I have been wanting these shoes. What I don’t understand why I had to pay an extra 50 dollars when I was told if it was more than the gift card was I would be compensated for it!!

They sell online and provide estimated delivery dates that they blow right past with excuse after excuse just telling you to wait or call back when you haven't received. They claim they can't do anything to help. Poor customer service, useless chat, useless hotline and don't bother going to a lead who is more inept than the representative.

Ordered a treadmill online. Tried to cancel the order the next day even tho it hadn't even been started. Couldn't cancel the order(went to my local dicks and they had it in stock even tho it said it didnt). Told me I could return when it arrived schedule a pick up at no charge. Called to have it scheduled and tell me I will be charged whatever their shipping company charges to pick it up but they don't know the charge. Need to train their customer service chat and phone employees better.

The worker Bricey, in the shoe department was terrible. When I was trying on a Nike shoe, he comes up to me very nicely and says "ma'am, are you sure this shoe is wide enough." My husband then looks up at him and asked what he meant by that. He then replied "usually plus size people should size up in shoes." I was absolutely taken aback. I then went up to a cashier and asked who the young black man was in the shoe department, he proceeded to tell me his name was Bricey... I will absolutely NEVER be coming back here!!!

Promise delivery date with extra charges, always failed! Never come on time with those extra charges with the promise time or date. Dicks South Plainfield NJ.

Got the wrong size shoes! Took em home put in closet, and then tried them on. They are the ghost version . Apparently the dont fit nothing like my. Adrenalines! My toe was at the front of the toe of the shoe. I drove 36 miles to New Philadelphia and asked them to exchange them for larger size. The young man said I was 1 dayover the return time, mind you. Theses shoes have never been worn and I have the receipt

Trash don't shop here they charge you for express delivery then send you trash ghetto package like as if it's paged neat in a empty box then make you wait this is a trash trash trash company

I have been to multiple DICK's Sporting Goods stores in Maryland and by far the worst customer service. I'm not sure if the company enforces proper training but they really need to work on customer service.

Sorry, had to give a 0 star for this review. Order shoes from store in Gilbert and got sent shoes that were used already. Called customer service, spoke with Tina and all she could do was order a new pair and return the old ones back. Just spent close to $200 on OC shoes and now spend another $200 for same ones. Have to wait 5-7 days for original return option sucks. Who has $400 to spend in 3 days. When you order shoes you expect to get new unused shoes, not worn ones. Please inspect shoes, etc. on all orders. Not even a discount code was an option. Sad to say, horrible customer service.

Only because I can't give 0 stars . I will never order anything from them again. They applied my gift card, and THEN billed my credit card for the full amount. Totally useless customer service. You can't even check your gift card balance, and the shipping charges are astronomical.

The shoe department has terrible customer service. It is very unorganized and there is no system for first come first service. It is chaotic. We were served by Ryan it took him a very long time to get my shoes. He was distracted and had poor customer service skills.

My grandson wanted a pair of Nikes for Christmas so I got online to see where they had them in stock, it showed Dick’s. I went to the Modesto store and Vincent helped me. Vincent was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions and more. They definitely need more employees like Vincent. Unfortunately the size I needed they were out of so Vincent got on their website and ordered me a pair. When I received the shoes apparently no one looked inside to see that the security tag-sensor was not taken off. And yes I was upset for a few reasons. One that I paid an extra $25 to make sure that it would be delivered before Christmas and secondly this was the only present that my grandson asked for and now he wasn’t able to wear them on Christmas Day because the employee that pulled the shoes didn’t do his/her job. Thanks

Don't ever buy anything online from Dicks. They don't send you what you ordered and think they can give you something else to fulfill your order. You will spend hours trying to get it returned. They will waste your time and energy. Vote with your feet. I will NEVER buy anything from Dicks again. PERIOD. They need the company to get overhauled. I can tell they are headed toward eventual obsolescence and bankruptcy

Christmas return policy is a joke. They want to sale the product for top dollar but then only want to offer a partial refund or none at all. What are these stores coming to. No wonder stores are

I ordered a pair of Clifton 9's from Dicks as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she opened them on Christmas morning there were 2 different shoes in the box. I called customer service after Christmas and was told I could take them to the Opelika, AL location, 2 hours roundtrip, and exchange them for the correct shoes. I asked the rep to please make sure the shoes and size I needed were there before I made the drive. I was assured they were. They werent. So I called customer service from the parking lot and was told to leave the shoes at the store I was at, and they would get the correct shoes sent to me. This was Friday, December 27th. I was told they would arrive by Monday, Dec 30th at the latest. They just came in today, Jan 2nd. And to my disbelief, the box said Clifton 9, but the shoes were Bondi 8's. I was told the correct shoes could not be sent to me until they had the wrong ones that I received today. I'm done with Dicks, and told the customer service rep that I just wanted a refund and have already placed an order with another store. I have ordered shoes online for years and I have never had anything even close to this happen. Dicks might want to make it mandatory that employee actually look in the box before shipping shoes. The incompetence I experienced with Dicks is almost beyond belief. And I will never order anything else through Dicks. I hope management cares enough to tighten things up so this never happen to anyone else again.

The worst sore ever. I went to Duicks Sporting Goods 5 times in my whole life. I will never go back again, the manager at the store they have in West Palm Beach is a Robbot now a real human being. She does not understand and she does not listen. She is the kind of person who does not have a brain and corporate put her there to repeat their stupid policies. I will never go back to their store.
