Horrible delivery service. Don't ever order sports cards if you want to receive them the same year that you ordered them. Difficult customer service experiences as well

I ordered something online, mostly because the store here in my town has a really poor selection. I needed to return it, and just for kicks, I wanted to see what price they'd return it at if I didn't show them my receipt. They wanted to return it for $5.75 because "that is the lowest price it's been." Sorry, but Dick's doesn't sell anything for $5. Maybe a piece of stale candy. So they're basically lying. Do they need the money that bad?

Saturday Dec 28, 2024 my wife and I went to your Coon Rapids store to buy a treadmill. We were helped but got confused with what the sales person was telling us. We were ready to spend $1000 and we were told that unit was on special but they had none availlible and we could not buy the floor model. I went back to the store on Monday and found a manager to help me. He called the Woodbury store and they said they had 2 of the one I wanted and would have one ready for me to buy when I got there. I Drove there right away (a 45 minute drive) and they said they did not have the treadmill I came to buy. After dealing with service like this I will never buy anything at Dick's again!!!!

STOLE from me. DO NOT USE. Sent info before review, NO HELP!!. STAY AWAY. Sent payment for black friday coat never got. NO HELP. Have picture to prove but will not post. Says it all people.

I ordered tennis shoes for a family member and they should’ve been delivered well before Christmas. They showed up the day after Christmas and ruined one of my families Christmas gifts.

I placed an order on Dec 11 with an estimated delivery date Dec 14-17 but still didn't receive my order. I just followed with customer service and of course they blamed Fedex when my order has not even been handed to Fedex. Such a disappointment

I went to the Naples store (#1168) on Dec 22 2024 at 4:51pm to pick up a gift certificate TRANS: # 431 REG 103 for Christmas. I had the most Nastiest cashier (STELLA) that I had the misfortune to meet. She was very unprofessional, immature and the most disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with at Dicks. After handing her my method of payment she proceeded with the transaction and returned my change. For no reason at all, she tossed the gift card on the counter and dismissed us. I had the right mind, to turn to her and request that she handed me my purchased gift card in my hand, the way I handed her the money I paid her with. I am not a person who thinks I am in anyway better than the next, but I will not tolerate disrespect from anyone. With that being said, I will NOT be returning to Dicks Sporting Goods for any future purchases. To verify my proof purchase, I give you my scorecard # L01ZB22CZVHP. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

I ordered a CALIA Luxe women’s jacket and it was delivered having already been returned by someone else. It was obvious it had been worn as there was considerable pilling in various areas as well as having the sleeves left rolled up and misshapen as a result. I was shocked at the condition. Never again.

Do not buy anything from Dicks sporting goods online. Their website is very inefficient. I returned a wrong order that was sent to me on August 31st but still haven't received my refund yet. I have tried to contact them 4 times with no result at the end just the runaround. Stay away from their online store.

They sell the cheapest shoes in the world and will break on you in a few days and they will not return them. I lost over 100 dollars on shoes that lasted 2 days with no scuff marks and they said NO. Hope everyone reads this and help close dicks down

I have avoided shopping at Dicks in Dewitt ny for 5 or6 years. Because it never a good experience. But I wanted a good pair of high end binoculars and they had them. I stood at counter where binoculars are locked up. At least 4 people looked at me and walked right by. Finally I found an associate to help me. After much discussion with with other employees. It was stated to me by manager that no one was in store that could open cabinet. Sorry. Never again will I go back

My elderly mother brought a 500 dollar gift card for dicks and had it for a year without use when she called to make sure it didn’t expire representative told her her balance then asked for the pin on back of card when my mother went to use card finally it was a zero balance and CS told her well that’s just too bad it’s nothing we can do all purchases was made online they confirmed all purchases were made by their employee and still did nothing but say we m sorry

They are horrible when it comes to refunds and returns. I had a package show up missing two items. It did not have a packing slip and was packaged very poorly. I called customer service and they refused to resend or reship the item. They told me next time I should have my package shipped to another location or shop in store. I was so upset. They told me I was lying because the weight on the package matched what was in the package. I was shocked at how I was treated. I am a gold member and spend lots of money with them. I have never done a return in my life at the store. Yet I was accused of being deceitful. My package wasn't stolen to my knowledge, it was just missing items. I spoke with another representative who told me the same thing more politely. With DSG ship at your own risk. I finally had customer service contact me after listening to the calls and reshipped the items. I pray I get them and never have to work with, shop with or deal with DSG again.

Shady company with terrible, unfriendly customer service. They overcharged me for an item that was on sale online and refused to credit back the 50 USD they overcharged me. Instead, they told me it's my mistake as I did not notice it earlier ??!! The item is still on sale online but I had to pay full price and they won't even accept a return as it's past the 2-week policy!! The escalation to the supervisor made things even worse, a very unfriendly person who does not understand customer service. Avoid this company!!

We purchased $2500 in golf clubs nine days later the driver cracked Dick’s customer. Service was horrible.
