Excellent customer service in the women’s shoe department today. Two of your employees assisted me. They were both pleasant and helpful. I wish I could remember their names, but you should be so proud to have them as employees.

Order a Penn State wrestling shirt that came with nothing printed on it. After calling them I soon found out that fixing this mistake was 100% on me. I had to return the shirt through FedEx or drive one hour to a Dick’s Sporting Goods store before they would send me the product that I ordered. I agreed to return the shirt, but I wanted a new one sent immediately they refused to do so. I am done shopping at Dicks sporting goods. They were so worried about not getting their $50 shirt back that they lost a customer for life.

I bought a treadmill today at Dick's in McHenry Illinois. I just want to give a shout out to Ron, John M, and Tyler. They were all so knowledgeable, helpful and extremely friendly. Thanks you guys!

Outstanding Customer Service by Younis! I had an incredible experience at the Canton, MI. 48188 store today, thanks to Younis! Despite how busy the store was, he went out of his way to help me find a pair of Nike pants in my son's size (L). When I mentioned I was considering ordering online, he immediately offered to check in-store availability. To my amazement, he quickly found the last pair in stock within just five minutes! My daughter and I were beyond excited and truly appreciative of his effort. It's rare to receive such exceptional customer service these days, and Younis absolutely exceeded expectations. Thank you, Younis, for your kindness, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile! WOW!!! 👏👏👏

I went to return a pair of tennis shoes and they would not take them because I had worn them a couple of times. And this is why I shop at REI from now on.!!!

Plenty of people working, putting stock away. 1 person working the shoe depth. Hour wait. Bought the $160 shoes with $20 coupon that doesn't work on 80% of the shoes being sold so no discount. But the people were all friendly!

I received a pair of Hoka's for Christmas tgat were purchased at Dicks. The foam started tearing away from the bottom of the shoe and they won't exchange them. I only walk in these shoes. They are still like brand new and they won't exchange them. I won't ever purchase shoes from Dicks again. $150 shoes should not be doing this.

I recently gave Dick's a bad review based on my experience with trying to return a fishing pole that I had bought a protection for for. The protection policy was a huge hassle however I am happy to say that someone from Dick's contacted me and made it right. Dick's went above and beyond to show me that they care about their customers and their reviews. I will continue to shop at Dick's and would recommend them to a friend.

I purchased a fishing rod and reel for roughly $20 last October. They offered me a 2 year warranty for another $6 and explained that if it ever broke I could just bring it into the store to exchange it. Yesterday my rod broke. I took it in and they informed me that they had changed their return policy and that I needed to contact asurion who holds the warranty. Asurion sent me a shipping label by text and told me to ship UPS. I went to UPS and they wanted $24 to ship it. I contacted Dick's online, they referred me to Dick's on the telephone and everyone says they're really sorry but their computer program won't let them help me unless it was an online order. I'm done calling them and driving back and forth trying to resolve this. I've spent over a thousand dollars at Dick's but now I'm going to try somewhere else.

I place an order for Football Cleats & gloves. My order was canceled for no reason but I was charged. Spent an hour on the phone to be told I have to reorder and wait for a refund. If I could give a negative star I would. Looking for these items elsewhere!!

My experience purchasing the Sole F80 Treadmill from Dick's was completely ruined by their delivery contractor, AIT Worldwide. The issues began with untrained staff providing inaccurate information. When I called to confirm the delivery date and time, I noticed that the paperwork indicated I had only "standard delivery," despite having paid for "room of choice delivery." I immediately called Dick's to clarify the issue and to ensure that Dick’s communicated with AIT. A manager from AIT finally reached out after I threatened Dick’s to cancel my order, confirming that the staff member I spoke with was new and had made an error. What frustrated me the most was that the initial representative insisted I was wrong and never even bothered to consult with a manager for clarification. The final straw came on 2/7, when AIT failed to deliver my treadmill during the scheduled window of 12 PM to 3 PM. No one from AIT called to provide an update. When I called at 3:30 PM, I was told they would arrive at 4:30 PM, but no one showed up. I called again at 5:30 PM and was given an updated ETA of 6:30 PM, which came and went with no delivery and no further communication. This lack of professionalism and the blatant waste of my time left me incredibly frustrated. In the end, the poor service provided by AIT led me to cancel my order with Dick's. I strongly urge Dick's to reconsider their partnership with AIT, as their service was the sole reason for my decision.

I order two stealth 2 hybrids online for my birthday. I received the first one perfectly. The second that I received was the wrong club, the wrong head cover, and the head of the club had a chip on it. Customer service claimed that the store I was returning it to had 5 in stock to exchange it with. The store had zero in stock and none in the system anywhere. I received a gift card for the value of the item. This will be the absolute last online order with Dicks. The was no care given with the club I received wrong. Very obvious things that were overlooked when this club was sent. Stealth 2 club with a sim 2 head cover. The club was supposed to be a 3 and was a 4, and the chip on the head of the club. Whoever packaged this item had no regard for what the customer was receiving. Multiple obvious things that were wrong. I did not expect such poor service from Dicks. This encounter has completely changed my mind of Dicks as a whole.

dicks sporting goods in buford mall in georgia great experience thanks to WEN in shoes she went above and beyond. back story is i been running around all morning to find these shoes for my trip ! i got them for myself as a gift since i been working overtime at work. they didnt have them on display in the front but i seen they had it online saying it was in stores. WEN looked them up for me & buzzed the people in the back to grab them for me. alot of places would not have done that they would have just gave me an attitude & brushed me off BUT NOT HER. she really made my day this year been rough so far but its good to know there still great people in this world that work retail. a x1000 thank you wen !

I bought a pair of Nike shoes online. They arrived with a damaged package and they were dirty, for sure they were previously sold. The customer service only tried to give me a kind of refund to keep the shoes before 10% then 20 and at end 25%. But they were a gift so I did not accept the refund. I will never buy from them again. Too much arrogance and no respect. Now I have to send them back and wait for a refund that probably will not arrive before I open a claim with Paypal.

I just made a purchase at Dick‘s in East Cobb, Georgia. Not one employee engaged by looking at me. They acted like it was a pain to help a customer. I will certainly be buying my shoes elsewhere in the future.

I visited the Novi, MI location today after seeing an ad on the Internet for discounted University of Michigan branded items. I found two that I liked and there were 40% off signs all around. At the checkout the prices came up at list. I inquired about the advertised discount and, as usual, the cashier couldn't find evidence of it. Calls were made and eventually the 40% was given. The clerk gave me a sneer and no other acknowledgement. Not the the first time, but the last for me.
