“Had a great experience in the shoe department and thru out the store today at the Schaumburg Il location. Everyone is very helpful and responsive rarely seen anymore. Jeremy West went above and beyond today and I appreciate his efforts. Thanks Dicks I will be back.”

“My son an myself went there to purchase a treadmill, the store manager of the salisbury store, Travis, helped us tremendously, we truly went above an beyond to make sure we were happy an that included bringing bunnies cables outside to my vehicle to try them out, so I wasent spending more money for nothing. Travis truly is an asset to the store if not for him, I dont know what we would have done, a big thank you to Travis, awesome job!”

“JUSTIN WAS AWESOME!! After spending an entire wasted day on the telephone with incompetent IRS agents, and then trying to get a simple one page form from my husband's insurance company, plus another failed attempt to get one of my own insurance claims filed correctly, it was so refreshing to have a SMILING, PLEASANT human being actualy help you in Dick's store, in the flesh. DUSTIN patiently brought me 3 pairs of shoes, then waited on other people, and checked back while I dawdlled and wandered around the store testing them out and searching for my husband to give his opinion. (He had abandoned shopping, as usual, and gone out to the car, even in a heat wave.) I ended up buying the first pair he brought, and look forward to starting running again. Justin is a breath of fresh air and an asset to Dick's. I recommend him for a promotion or raise, as he knows his shoes as well as how to talk to customers. Good job at hiring a SUPER customer service employee. What a rare find these days!!”

“I normally don't write reviews. However, I wanted to thank Scot in the golf department for assembling my golf cart I purchased. In addition, he was able to help other customers with their services. I am so grateful he did that for me. The one on display had a flaw. So, he took another one out of the box and assembled it for me. Scot, I was so grateful for your service. I think Dick's Sporting store us very lucky to have you as an employee with your excellent customer service, and knowledge about golf. Cathy”

“I was in a bit of a hurry today and needed 3 travel bags for golf clubs. Johnathan was a great help. He showed all the different versions and was able to get me squared away with the right product. He also helped me get the boxes opened and helped load bags into travel cases. He was awesome! Thanks for the help today.”

“We went to the store in Bel Mar and were greeted by the Shoe Manager named Arrion Smith. She was amazing, had a super understandi ng of the pros and cons of her inventory and was able to direct us to an appropriate sneaker for my mother who has special requirements to adjust to her foot and ankle orthopedic issues. She was pleasant, friendly, professional and went 100% for us, despite us asking lots of questions. I will definitely send others to receive such great service. Prices were in alignment with other stores. Overall great experience. 👍 Purchased May21st, mens Air Jordan high top basketball shoes Mom doesn't want to share her name and doesn't think she left an email address but I'm certain Arrion will remember us”

“I bought a Fitness Gear dumbbell rack yesterday at my local Lyndhurst OH location. When I tried to assemble it, the bolts wouldn't tighten because the ends were semi covered. I called the stogrre and made arrangements to bring the rack in & they would take a look at the problem. It turns out that the bolts were semi covered with a coating. A very helpful associate assembled the dumbbell rack for me in the store! A great big shoutout to Joshua!!! Thank you so much!!!”
