“I ordered a pair of Clifton 9's from Dicks as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she opened them on Christmas morning there were 2 different shoes in the box. I called customer service after Christmas and was told I could take them to the Opelika, AL location, 2 hours roundtrip, and exchange them for the correct shoes. I asked the rep to please make sure the shoes and size I needed were there before I made the drive. I was assured they were. They werent. So I called customer service from the parking lot and was told to leave the shoes at the store I was at, and they would get the correct shoes sent to me. This was Friday, December 27th. I was told they would arrive by Monday, Dec 30th at the latest. They just came in today, Jan 2nd. And to my disbelief, the box said Clifton 9, but the shoes were Bondi 8's. I was told the correct shoes could not be sent to me until they had the wrong ones that I received today. I'm done with Dicks, and told the customer service rep that I just wanted a refund and have already placed an order with another store. I have ordered shoes online for years and I have never had anything even close to this happen. Dicks might want to make it mandatory that employee actually look in the box before shipping shoes. The incompetence I experienced with Dicks is almost beyond belief. And I will never order anything else through Dicks. I hope management cares enough to tighten things up so this never happen to anyone else again.”

“Made a major purchase at the Spring Hill Fl store, the salesman Tyler was outstanding with his help, Savanah was awesome with her help trying to get the bank to help with my purchase. Managers Mark and Daniel went out of their way to help with a FedEx problem. Great store and staff, I highly recommend this store to anybody needing sporting goods. Keep up the good work.”

“Devon from the Chesterfield, Mi store knows how to provide AWESOME customer service! I was interested in purchasing a bike for my grandson. The one he liked had an issue with the handlebars, so After no luck repairing, he found one in Novi and had it built for us. You made an 11 year old’s birthday the best, Devon….thank you!!!”

“I had the most pleasant shopping experince EVER at Dick's on Black Friday. The associates were all friendly and all seemed ahppy to be at work, even at 5am on Black Friday. The store manager was also friendly and helpful. But the thing tha stood out to me the most was that the associates seemed happy to be there and to work for their manager. It really stood out to me and made our shopping experience memorable.”

“We was very pleased with the service we received from Dick's Sporting Goods store in Medford, MA. All the employees were very helpful with our needs from the moment we walked into the store. We had employees approach us asking if we needed help (which we did and was provided). We appreciated all the team work with the employees. We will definitely be back i the future.”

“I placed an online order for a exercise bike for pickup at the Southwest Plaza Store. I started to drive over for pickup and was sent a notification the order was cancelled even though it showed 4 in stock. I went to the store and told there were 4 on hold and waiting for pickup. Dave and Annie helped me in finding the bike at another store and put it on hold for me. They spent approx 25 minutes helping me out. I really appreciated their efforts.”

“I did the majority of my online shopping at Dicks! They were AMAZING!!! Everything shipped in a timely manner, I got great pack Friday and cyber Monday deals, customer service (chat) was very responsive and helpful, and when I needed to exchange a large item, they were so very accommodating. I am especially want to thank MATT IN BIKES AT APPLE GLEN IN FORT WAYNE as he was so nice and patient and good to me!! Next Christmas, I’m shopping at Dicks!!!!”
