I needed a misting fan but there wasn’t much of a selection so I purchased what they had for $16.99 knowing it wasn’t what was needed but I thought I would give it a shot. It turns out I was right. I kept the receipt and tried to return it and was told they won’t take it because it was used. Had I known that was your policy I would not purchase ANYTHING there. Over the years I’ve sent multiple people to Dicks to purchase items( I’m in the golf business but don’t sell golf clubs) I will make sure I send ALL customers elsewhere from now on. I hope your loss of thousands of dollars over your policy on a $17 item was worth it.

Their customer service is awful. Ordered something on a Sunday afternoon and tried to cancel it within 30 minutes. Customer service said it's still in the store I can't cancel it. You have to wait it out. Once it's shipped and you receive it return it to the store. I will never do business with them again.

I would give a zero if I could. Places an order twice, once online and reorder by phone, and it was cancelled both times. Called for a third try and they would not talk to me because the order was in my wife’s name despite the day before they had no issue talking to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Went into the store looking for a new driver or a new shaft for my existing one. After standing at the counter for a good bit I finally walked to the front register and asked for assistance. After a while a young man came over but appeared to be totally uninterested in helping me. He told me if I knew exactly what I wanted he would order it. I was hoping to find out what would best suit my swing… so I walked out and went to my country cub pro shop and after trying both a new driver and a couple of new shafts, I found a solution to my problems. DON’T waste time going to Dicks!!!

Hi, I don't understand your site. This is the second time I've ordered a shoe and after paying, I receive messages telling me that I have to complete the order even though the money has been deducted from my account. I never received the first shoe. I don't understand. I hope you're not a scam site?

I’ve noticed that the Dicks sporting goods in Pflugerville in the Stone hill town center are very racist towards customers walking in the door and making sure to follow customers around the store who are just looking, they also have favoritism in their work field, if one of the managers or ur boss doesn’t like you they will schedule you less they don’t communicate with you on what you need to work on they just cut your hours. employees often talk abt other customers and workers behind their backs assuming no one has heard or noticed. I feel they need to work on their hospitality and the favoritism that goes on throughout that work company.

Surprised by the lack of customer service in busy Pembroke Pines FL store.. Shoe dept staff consisted of a few young men who offered minimal to no info regarding brands and/or size recommendations . Customer seating was inadequate with torn vinyl upholstery. We also hoped to find high quality rowing machine(s) but the store only had 2 lower end models on display. All in all a highly disappointing experience.

I recently bought a pair of Brooks Divide shoes. They were not the Brooks quality that I have purchased in the past. I returned them and was charged a fee. I paid the difference and purchased the Brooks Adrenaline Ghost ($130.00). They are not the quality of the older Brooks Shoes. I am sorry to say I will not return to Dicks. I feel they are selling low quality products.

I would give this a zero stars if I could. I have nothing but issues anytime I order something. I ordered cleats yesterday for my son who needs them today since his ripped. They were quick to take the money out of my account but say they don't have an order for me. I have had to many issues with this company and will not shop here again.

Their “rewards” program is a joke! Spent $1500 on a purchase and received $10 rewards! Could have saved money at my local golf club!

Order a Penn State wrestling shirt that came with nothing printed on it. After calling them I soon found out that fixing this mistake was 100% on me. I had to return the shirt through FedEx or drive one hour to a Dick’s Sporting Goods store before they would send me the product that I ordered. I agreed to return the shirt, but I wanted a new one sent immediately they refused to do so. I am done shopping at Dicks sporting goods. They were so worried about not getting their $50 shirt back that they lost a customer for life.

I went to return a pair of tennis shoes and they would not take them because I had worn them a couple of times. And this is why I shop at REI from now on.!!!

I received a pair of Hoka's for Christmas tgat were purchased at Dicks. The foam started tearing away from the bottom of the shoe and they won't exchange them. I only walk in these shoes. They are still like brand new and they won't exchange them. I won't ever purchase shoes from Dicks again. $150 shoes should not be doing this.

I place an order for Football Cleats & gloves. My order was canceled for no reason but I was charged. Spent an hour on the phone to be told I have to reorder and wait for a refund. If I could give a negative star I would. Looking for these items elsewhere!!

I order merchandise on January 11 2025 it is Feb 10 2025 and still hasn’t been shipped!! Will not purchase anything else again online.

I order two stealth 2 hybrids online for my birthday. I received the first one perfectly. The second that I received was the wrong club, the wrong head cover, and the head of the club had a chip on it. Customer service claimed that the store I was returning it to had 5 in stock to exchange it with. The store had zero in stock and none in the system anywhere. I received a gift card for the value of the item. This will be the absolute last online order with Dicks. The was no care given with the club I received wrong. Very obvious things that were overlooked when this club was sent. Stealth 2 club with a sim 2 head cover. The club was supposed to be a 3 and was a 4, and the chip on the head of the club. Whoever packaged this item had no regard for what the customer was receiving. Multiple obvious things that were wrong. I did not expect such poor service from Dicks. This encounter has completely changed my mind of Dicks as a whole.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes online. They arrived with a damaged package and they were dirty, for sure they were previously sold. The customer service only tried to give me a kind of refund to keep the shoes before 10% then 20 and at end 25%. But they were a gift so I did not accept the refund. I will never buy from them again. Too much arrogance and no respect. Now I have to send them back and wait for a refund that probably will not arrive before I open a claim with Paypal.
