“Trash don't shop here they charge you for express delivery then send you trash ghetto package like as if it's paged neat in a empty box then make you wait this is a trash trash trash company”

“I have been to multiple DICK's Sporting Goods stores in Maryland and by far the worst customer service. I'm not sure if the company enforces proper training but they really need to work on customer service.”

“Sorry, had to give a 0 star for this review. Order shoes from store in Gilbert and got sent shoes that were used already. Called customer service, spoke with Tina and all she could do was order a new pair and return the old ones back. Just spent close to $200 on OC shoes and now spend another $200 for same ones. Have to wait 5-7 days for original return option sucks. Who has $400 to spend in 3 days. When you order shoes you expect to get new unused shoes, not worn ones. Please inspect shoes, etc. on all orders. Not even a discount code was an option. Sad to say, horrible customer service.”

“Only because I can't give 0 stars . I will never order anything from them again. They applied my gift card, and THEN billed my credit card for the full amount. Totally useless customer service. You can't even check your gift card balance, and the shipping charges are astronomical.”

“The shoe department has terrible customer service. It is very unorganized and there is no system for first come first service. It is chaotic. We were served by Ryan it took him a very long time to get my shoes. He was distracted and had poor customer service skills.”

“Don't ever buy anything online from Dicks. They don't send you what you ordered and think they can give you something else to fulfill your order. You will spend hours trying to get it returned. They will waste your time and energy. Vote with your feet. I will NEVER buy anything from Dicks again. PERIOD. They need the company to get overhauled. I can tell they are headed toward eventual obsolescence and bankruptcy”

“Terrible customer service. Ran by a bunch of lazy kids. Say they don’t have stuff because they’re too lazy to go check then you go yourself there to look and there it is. Christmas return policy is a joke. They want to sale the product for top dollar but then only want to offer a partial refund or none at all. What are these stores coming to. No wonder stores are”

“The worst sore ever. I went to Duicks Sporting Goods 5 times in my whole life. I will never go back again, the manager at the store they have in West Palm Beach is a Robbot now a real human being. She does not understand and she does not listen. She is the kind of person who does not have a brain and corporate put her there to repeat their stupid policies. I will never go back to their store.”

“Saturday Dec 28, 2024 my wife and I went to your Coon Rapids store to buy a treadmill. We were helped but got confused with what the sales person was telling us. We were ready to spend $1000 and we were told that unit was on special but they had none availlible and we could not buy the floor model. I went back to the store on Monday and found a manager to help me. He called the Woodbury store and they said they had 2 of the one I wanted and would have one ready for me to buy when I got there. I Drove there right away (a 45 minute drive) and they said they did not have the treadmill I came to buy. After dealing with service like this I will never buy anything at Dick's again!!!!”

“I ordered tennis shoes for a family member and they should’ve been delivered well before Christmas. They showed up the day after Christmas and ruined one of my families Christmas gifts.”

“I placed an order on Dec 11 with an estimated delivery date Dec 14-17 but still didn't receive my order. I just followed with customer service and of course they blamed Fedex when my order has not even been handed to Fedex. Such a disappointment”

“I went to the Naples store (#1168) on Dec 22 2024 at 4:51pm to pick up a gift certificate TRANS: # 431 REG 103 for Christmas. I had the most Nastiest cashier (STELLA) that I had the misfortune to meet. She was very unprofessional, immature and the most disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with at Dicks. After handing her my method of payment she proceeded with the transaction and returned my change. For no reason at all, she tossed the gift card on the counter and dismissed us. I had the right mind, to turn to her and request that she handed me my purchased gift card in my hand, the way I handed her the money I paid her with. I am not a person who thinks I am in anyway better than the next, but I will not tolerate disrespect from anyone. With that being said, I will NOT be returning to Dicks Sporting Goods for any future purchases. To verify my proof purchase, I give you my scorecard # L01ZB22CZVHP. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.”

“I ordered a CALIA Luxe women’s jacket and it was delivered having already been returned by someone else. It was obvious it had been worn as there was considerable pilling in various areas as well as having the sleeves left rolled up and misshapen as a result. I was shocked at the condition. Never again.”

“Do not buy anything from Dicks sporting goods online. Their website is very inefficient. I returned a wrong order that was sent to me on August 31st but still haven't received my refund yet. I have tried to contact them 4 times with no result at the end just the runaround. Stay away from their online store.”

“They sell the cheapest shoes in the world and will break on you in a few days and they will not return them. I lost over 100 dollars on shoes that lasted 2 days with no scuff marks and they said NO. Hope everyone reads this and help close dicks down”
