Recently went looking for hunting supplies just to learn you no longer carry them. At all in any capacity. That's not the only thing I shop here for, but I will no longer shop here for anything. You just lost a customer.

I ordered shoes they said delivered , they were not delivered. They tried to negotiate 20% , 30%, 50% refund, I said no. Then they said 7 days they will full refund, never happened , they keep on saying we have sent refund but won't show me proof. SCAM. Don't buy anything from them.

One a drawing for the Kobe 8's size 14. got my money on hold and everything then all of the sudden they are out stock. how can you be out of stock when i entered to win the drawing. its total bs

Dicks sporting goods is more worried about DEI than they are about quality of products. Never buy anything from these Chinese con artists!

Dick's Sporting Goods is a VERY, discriminatory company towards a specific group of associates, specifically, Older, straight, white males. They have been passed up for promotions to younger, less qualified associates ONLY based on their gender and race, not on any substancial qualifications that are above the older, white males qualifications. They also target the same demographic when it comes to placing TOTAL blame for a customers bad experience on the older, white males. I'm not certain this is a problem throughout the country, but, it is DEFINITELY evident in the Hartford/Springfield area.

Your store has very unethical practices. Refuse to give me a refund because your NEW SYSTEM doesn’t process refunds to After pay as I said to your store Tgsts not my Problem you can stick your credit where the sun doesn’t shine

We went to the fashion square location today and it was awful!!! Not one person could be found and when we didnfind someone they were rude, not helpful and overall seemed annoyed to do their job. The shoe area is the worst I’ve ever been to. One employee walked off mid question and never returned. It’s not a store I will Return to. Their employees need to be trained in customer service.

I recently purchased a $29 tennis racket from Dick's Sporting Goods in Naperville and attempted to return it unused within seven days. The return process was unnecessarily complicated and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Upon presenting the racket for return: 1. The associate inspected it thoroughly 2. A second associate was called to examine it 3. The manager was then asked to inspect the racket After their lengthy inspection, I was told the racket had been used, which was not true. When I expressed my frustration, pointing out that three staff members had scrutinized a $29 item. I believe this level of suspicion over an inexpensive item is excessive and shows a lack of trust in customers. Even if they genuinely believed the racket was used, the confrontational approach and refusal to accept the return for such a low-cost item seems unreasonable and not worth potentially losing a customer over. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in Dick's Sporting Goods' customer service.

In Dick's Sporting Goods in Spokane Valley store, Brad Vadder, has been so professional & helpful every time we have contacted him. He answered all questions we had about a special situation we had. We can not thank him enough!! Excellent person and a valuable asset to your company.

Called to have a golf club fitting for my wife at Daytona Beach store. They told me there would be 2 professionals between the time of 2:00 - 4:00. We drove 20 miles to the Daytona Beach store to find no golf club fitting professionals there. Only a grumpy golf club repair guy that wasn't willing to help us with a simple question of where is the ladies clubs! Never again...

I ordered 2 pair of shoes online from Dicks for work because I was in dire need of some new shoes. The service was pretty fast and the site was easy to navigate. The shoes came as pictured. Size fit perfectly as well. Will definitely consider ordering from Dicks again in the future

When you purchase golf equipment from DICK’s if you use it can’t be returned. They don’t tell you that when you purchase. Putter I purchased, tried it for 9 holes and tried to return it to no avail. No good reason to buy any equipment from DICK’S. Selection poor. Pricing poor and once you try it you own it for ever.

I ordered two 2-pair packs of socks. The two sets were shipped separately. The first one that was delivered contained only one pair of socks. I called customer service and the rep said they would resend 2 pairs but I had to return the single pair. I said "Are you kidding me?" She said I could either return them to a store (obviously I don't want to drive to a store which is why I bought online in the first place) or I could send them back. Either way, I am being inconvenienced and wasting time due to their mistake. Why couldn't they simply send me the one missing pair of socks? If for some reason they had to send two, then let me keep the other pair since, again, it was their mistake. They've lost a long-time (over 20 years) customer over a $10 pair of socks.

1. Website confusing 2. Too expensive 3. Help is hard to find in store 4. Help by phone asks you to look up info about product. 5. 300 minute to return via phone is to short of time.

We ordered a pair of Hoka shoes on March 5th. Since we still had not received them on April 10 we called Dicks. They said to call back if they still were not delivered in 16 days! Terrible customer service.

I ordered a white Reggie White jersey and received a Kelly green long sleeved tshirt. When I called customer service, I was told it was out of stock . So instead of communicating that with me ,they sent me a tshirt . Unacceptable! I politely returned it and will not try again.

If u buy a bike from Dicks All I can say is buyer beware my e bike had 44 miles on it and the battery shorted out 44 miles and Dicks want do anything about it The bike cost me 999.00 I hope Dicks goes out of business I will certainly do my part to see that the one at the Pinnacle in Bristol Tn. sure does!
